But 90% of cpu useage and showing up 70 H/s you are definitely mining

An then start the miner with the command also shown on the site:

hodlminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://hodl.optiminer.pl:5555 -u HODLADDR -p x

You can test with -t how may threads give you the best results.
