Selling everything is not a good strategy because the future of bitcoin is still blurry it could go up to 1000$ or it could go down really low the best thing to do is hold half of it and sell the other half so in both cases you still haven't lost

Exactly, if someone sells all his coins today and tomorrow the price grows higher he would regret doing it, but if you sell a half of it when you see a reasonable price and keep the other half and later on if the price grows again you can again get profit out of what you have kept.

We always should not sell our all bitcoin at one single price at the same time when investing into bitcoin we should not sell all our wealth for the purpose of buying more number of bitcoins. We must always follow the rule of investments : diversification. It will applicable for both buying and selling Bitcoins. It will simply help us not to regret at any point of our life.

yes its true but i don't think to sell everything is a good option, because for this condition, better we save as much as we can and only spend our bitcoin for the important thing that we should buy so we can sell it when the price is increase.

Good idea ,playing safe !  We dont know what will happen this nextyear. I agree on you ,sell the half and the othet half keep it. And in that case it is balance.

If you need some cash, then just sell what the amount that you need. But if you mostly don't need to sell some of it, then just completely shut your wallet and just wait for the price increase for you will generate bigger amount of profit. The more patiently waiting you will, the higher possible income you will make but there's no assurance for it, for the chance of bitcoin to collapse is there and don't set it aside.

It's not like that, if you are treating your bitcoin as your investment you should be discipline not to touch it until your reach your target. Your expenses should be coming from your income in your job or from different king of investment you are doing that gives you daily return. In bitcoin, it's a long term investment and should be treated that way.

I certainly agree with your statement, spend only on the things that we really need rather than letting ourselves be tempted on our wants. That's the only way we can avoid selling our bitcoins  and will increase our chances of making good money in the future.

Why are you gonna lose some money when you are making income with the good price now? I guess you are not reading the news or seeing the price, we have a good price now and it's an automatic profit if we sell now. Trust me, if bough bitcoins one year later, you are in big profit now.

I believe that if you keep a target price then as it is reached sell a fraction but dont sell all, if you see even more rise sell another fraction but still dont sell all. The basic reason is the same, if you sell everything you will have nothing to reinvest and then it will become hard for you to start trading again.

Honestly if you sell it everything if you have large amount of bitcoin you can not make a profit if the price will continues to rise..
This is just a traders strategy that they will sell some right now because the price of bitcoin is increase high but you do not know when is the right time we are not fortune teller to know it so we should sell bitcoin and the rest just hold it and maybe the price will continues to rise.. so that you can know the right time wen you should sell bitcoin..

I think it follows with some country who interested with bitcoin, especially technology behind it, if we see everyday counted at mid-this-year the price movement go more stable, especially recently when trump crashed fiat(i'm not trump fans for god sake).
Yes you right we a lot stronger, but don't falter to rumor or anything which yelling "bitcoin die today", it's never happens, since the internet still can used to anyone.

Yeah that's wise decision as I'm almost holding bitcoin over a year ( from $ 350 value until $ 750 )
and it's proven that bitcoin become my favorite investation recently.

For me sell everything is not good because bitcoin has a great value that we need to have as an investment and it will helps us to stay away in financial problem but sell some portion of it is good to the cycle of demand and supply.

Some altcoins just have huge potencial, soo selling them now makes no sense at all, you could be wasting a great opportunity to get a good ammount of bitcoins if you hold. Even knowing bitcoin is achieving biggers ammounts we will see most altcoins readjusting their price, and those its something we all know that happens. Sometimes there is a good pump that may let us dump our coins at the best rates but i believe save the coins is the best for now.

Not all coins are good for saving, there are other coins that does not have a good future value, if you will ask me I will only save bitcoins as it has been proven already for many years that the value increase overtime. When it drops it will follow another pump, that's how strong bitcoin is.

IMO when a major crash is imminent you shouldn't sell everything but on the contrary you should "buy everything" if to put it simple. Money will lose their value after a crash most likely and the prices will go up not down. One should really believe in money big time to sell everything  in the face of a major crush and I'm not such a person.
