How much BTC are invested now in total? Is this trackable?

Because iam also interested to invest, but it would be nice to knew, thx.

It's on their website:

https://lisk.io/

keep in mind that the XCR exchanged are exchanged at a fixed rate of 1300 sat each, so for your purposes, you should multiply the XCR by 0.000013 and add the result(around 328btc atm) to the BTC.

I advice to stop buying right now. Buy in the first 24 hour after launch. Grin

You'll never know, what will happen next if you buy in late.

You don't pay enough.

He wants people to buy the coins he'll dump. Don't worry I will buy many dumped LISK as I'll be needing lots of LISK for development.

My main problem is that most the BTC will be allocated towards big-fancy-lawyer and big-fancy-developer standards of living.  These guys probably burn 50k euro per year per person on their personal expenses.  They burnt through 750 BTC from crypti too fast, now they still have to pay their expenses, so they make up a new project and ask for more money.

Holy cow, Trader Joe.  They brought YOU into the Hidden Underground Lisk Command Bunker where you learned all these top-secret facts and plans, but they didn't invite ME !?!  Sheesh.

If we MUST indulge in fun, stupid gossip about a cryptocoin, let's talk about Ethereum and the mess they made of their ICO.   Those guys raised $18M and promptly lost $10M of it in Bitcoin price speculation / depreciation.  (Hint to Max - please don't let this happen to Lisk!)  After losing over half the funds they raised, the Ethereum Foundation only spent $4M of it in their first 14 months.

https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/2zoawi/ethereum_foundation_out_of_money_xpost_rbitcoin/cpkxg3y

They've undergone some major firings / reorganizations since then to get their dev effort running smoothly.  Even so, their own internal leaked memos say that a functional Ethereum system is still years away.

http://cointelegraph.com/news/ethereum-launches-but-leaked-chat-says-project-needs-years-more

Vitalik himself acknowledged the Ethereum Foundation treasury at the start of 2016 has only $150,000 fiat, 640 BTC, and 2.5M ETH.

https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/3wmctp/i_read_that_it_has_been_published_how_much/cxxei81

At current prices, that's ONLY $150K  + $272K (from BTC) = $422,000 in liquid cash plus $15M OF THEIR OWN CURRENCY, WHICH MAY BE IN A BUBBLE THAT COULD POP.

And get this - Ethereum's initial burn rate ($4M in 14 months) was over $250K per month.  If they started 2016 with only $422K, ETHEREUM COULD POSSIBLY HAVE ZERO CASH ON HAND TODAY.

So let me get to my main point.

Ethereum is NOT a big bad invincible monster against whom Lisk does not stand a chance.

In many ways - lean organization, and existing code base, and technology concept, and maybe even cash-on-hand, to name just a few - Lisk has Ethereum beat hands down.

what is this crap? you mean that the lisk that we will buy will be worth less right? and not that what we bought so far will be reduced for our balance?

Nope, that's simple maths.
Don't be an intellectual for this  Cool

PRO TIP: Anyone investing in a coin should research it first.

The amount of LISK shown at the ICO page is only a current estimation how many LISK you will receive.
After the ICO we will distribute a fixed 85,000,000 LISK.

Let's wait for Max's response, or contact him on Lisk.chat

I think it's part of your LISK balance in your ICO page though. I just think

1200 BTC then and we're just on the first week. Everyone thinks that Lisk is a direct competitor of ETH and this is more of a second chance in getting a good chance to earn big time. Only time can tell what'll happen. When ETH is on their ICO stage, a lot of people were saying it will be a free coin after the ICO but it is priced $6 each at the moment and very far from its ICO price. I'm hoping that Lisk can get to where ETH is right now in terms of community support Smiley

Read this topic and you will find the answer. Small hint: The more people buy, the less you get. Your 95000 LISK could be 65000 LISK at end of the ICO

what is this crap? you mean that the lisk that we will buy will be worth less right? and not that what we bought so far will be reduced for our balance?

"This crap" is otherwise known as "The Laws Of Mathematics".

As every one of the spreadsheets I am running below say quite clearly:

"The Lisk ICO will distribute a fixed quantity of 85 million Lisk to an unknown number of donors
As more donors contribute, the quantity of Lisk received for a particular contribution goes down
As more donors contribute, the satoshi worth of Lisk received for a particular contribution goes up
At all quantity & price combinations, the original value of a particular contribution is preserved & constant"

It won't be worth less. The value of 1 LISK goes up, the total of your LISK goes down. Ends up in the same value you sent to us.

https://lisk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207066689-Why-is-the-number-of-LISK-on-the-ICO-page-going-down-

what's the point of investing then? there is no profit, if i'll end up with the same value as before, 1 lisk worth more but i have less than what i bought, pointless

Dude, the point is that Max / LiskHQ is running an operation that PRESERVES THE ORIGINAL VALUE OF YOUR DONATION at all times over the entire run of the ICO.  That's called integrity.

There is zero money being made or lost by anybody during the ICO itself - it is just a value neutral distribution process of Lisk coins to donors based on what they donate.

Once the ICO is over, the free market will determine the value of Lisk based on its operations and achievements - or lack of achievements.

If you read in this thread about the potential of the Lisk system in running JavaScript sidechains and dapps on cheap microcomputers and the upcoming "Internet of Things", you're led to conclude that Lisk may become more valuable in the future.  Hopefully much, much much more valuable than at the end of the ICO.

THAT'S when there's profit.

Just read the Indonesian translation, but it is translated not in a good way (Just like a google translate with little improvement). You need to ask the translator to make it more Indonesian, and there are still many part that is still in English version as I read in this thread.

I will contact him, thank you. Smiley

I think it's part of your LISK balance in your ICO page though. I just think

All bonuses will be calculated at the end. The end of week 1 is still a few days away. We first want to concentrate on the missing features we have planned for the ICO page. These are "key re-generation", "several transactions sent to the same address" and "final/ultimate account closing".

So if we find the time to implement an extra countdown, we will. But most probably we will only tell you the exact time at which the countdown will switch from week 1 to week 2.

Since you don't seem to understand how an ICO works, I would advise you not to take part in one until you educated yourself. There is enough information about it written in this thread alone, not to mention the forum as a whole.

You must go thru the dashboard at http://ico.lisk.io .  Click on the "Start Your Exchange" button.  There is no direct Bitcoin address for donating to Lisk.

You must go thru the dashboard at http://ico.lisk.io .  Click on the "Start Your Exchange" button.  There is no direct Bitcoin address for donating to Lisk.

So we are back to "trust us" model. Just type any amount you wish for BTC and particulary badly screw XCR owners. 883 BTC and 734 participants, what an epic lie.

Stop doing this.

This is a safe ICO guaranteed by a German lawyer.

The main ICO address is on a Coinbase Vault with multisignatures.

There are name, address and everything is clear like mountain water.

STOP fudding about scam and other shit. This is not the right place.

We are professional here this is in not a 2 day yobit shit ico.

So what is main ICO address? If we can not check it all stories about lawyer or whatever are irrelevant.
