Greetings.  I support and share your concerns about BFL. But your tone is hostile, the messages are repetitive, and your posts are being reported by may long standing members of the community.  Expressing a concern is fine, having a discussion thread for it is fine.  Posting over and over again is totally offtopic. What is the nature of this?  you can clearly see my conduct is not abusive and his is.  I feel the monies paid by BFL for forum advertising + other factors clouds judgement of bitcointalk owners and mods

No, pretty much this entire thread (and the other two) are just you manufacturing circumstantial evidence.

When others (like smoothie) got involved it became obvious that no-one was willing to do a real investigation of Butterfly Labs, which would include visiting the fab and taking pictures. All this was about was your personal campaign against Josh. You said it in your video you were going to go after him because you didn't like him. That moment cast a doubt over everything you've done so far and it looks to me like that doubt was validated last week.

The onus of proof is on you, since Butterfly Labs has delivered in the past. Do you have any actual evidence to show that they can not deliver this time? If not, this entire thread reads more like a flame troll than anything else.

BFL didn't develop FPGA chips, they use some existing solution.

And in ASIC there are no solutions. Huge work required with many borders.

They drop sand in all of your faces with their superior FPGA expirence (and half year shipping delays). Now they gather your money, ask to return FPGA devices and then guess what...

Micon has been told to shut up for doing too good of a job!!! Why does BFL need so much time to get their act together? Why did they take my money while telling me I was gonna get it last year?

I hate liars but I hate politicians even more and Josh is what a politician does, campaigns in the race to build a better future for his voters. All the while taking in pre-orders(bribes) for a chance to have a better hash rate than the rest of us workers.

1)  Ty to those of you with your eyes open.   BFL (and it appears even some mods on these boards) will try and silence and de-value what they can.  Of course a Micon-discredit campaign is what they will try in all forms.  It is hard to imagine for those of you "in the middle" on this one how evil of an organization BFL is.  to think "they wouldn't have multiple forum accounts report your posts" or "they would never downvote a reddit" is naive at this point.

@theymos, I don't understand why you don't apply the same criteria in these threads ...

I decided that he harms discussions too much to be allowed to continue. He posts more than Atlas and his posts are of lower quality. When he argues about something, he ignores all of the arguments of his opponents and just repeats the same nonsense over and over. I suspect that he may be intentionally trying to stir up drama in order to hurt the forum and the community.
