Yes that was the time back then. But it wont happening again. Read something interesting about formula Renault that they all use same engine only every team has to work with his own aerodynamic. This is interesting cuz in this championship driver skill is the key for win besides good team.
F1 race driver skill not impoartant first important is car package, is good car can easy to win in race, and get world championship if same car, skill is important to win

Want to make formula 1 more entertaining for the fans again? Bring back the loud engines hehehe. I miss the high screaming sound that the sport is known for.
I reckon the simpler engines before the v6 turbos would also make the battlefield more neutral among manufacturers.
Hey yes I'll agree I remember the days when I would put the television to maximum volume to hear the engines roar, it kind of gave me sweet satisfaction to hear it. Yes that was the time back then. But it wont happening again. Read something interesting about formula Renault that they all use same engine only every team has to work with his own aerodynamic. This is interesting cuz in this championship driver skill is the key for win besides good team.

I'm not sure about same car policy this is something I'll have to read and find out.

How come Ferrari has the fastest car ? In straights if they had the fastest car they would be able to get Mercedes cars while we saw on Russia that Hamilton overtook Vettel on the straights with Drs on ?
And on top of that Hamilton is really the fastest driver on track actually.

^ Yup. Merc has the fastest car. Think about it, if you put Vettel in the fastest car on the grid, he'd be world champion easy just like he did 4 times at RBR. But the gap between Ferrari and Merc is getting smaller and smaller since Vettel joined the team.

We can debate as long we want but this season was over the moment Vettel crash out of the track in Germany. I was hopping to see them in battle for title but this way we gonna wait another season. But if some thing are not changed by Ferrari they wont be able to do anything in next season as well. Also im gonna enjoy seeing how will RB Honda be working, cuz it was terrible with McLaren.

I'm not sure if that crash as can be said a major turning point, I feel Vettel was not confident enough this season to mount a title challenge. I'll agree Ferrari really needs to step up and up their cars even further, though I'm not sure what more can they do, i also believe Ferrari pit stop strategy at times was bizzare. If Ferrari really wants to win they really need to poach Hamilton lol, I like Vettel but he's badly out of form.

It will be an interesting race which is just about to start after less than two hours from now. I saw the qualifiers and I saw the Mercedes struggled a lot with the Supersoft tires and since these tires will be used for most of the race it will be interesting the behaviour of Mercedes in this race.
I believe Hamilton will win the title here.

So, Lewis aren't champion yet. After US GP Seb 'The fidget spinner'' Vettel still have theorical chances to become world champion, but he need miracle. I'm not fan fan of Ferarri and Raikonnen, but I'm happy for him that he won. He deserved to win finally after such long break. And another amazing performance by Vestappen - from P18 to P2. And he was able to defend his position against Hamilton with such old red tyres. Amazing. And Ricciardo is probably most unlucky driver this year...

@LTU_btc. Mathematically and theoretically are 2 words used in formula 1 to scam us into watching it until the end of the season hehehe.
Congratulations to Lewis' 5th title.

Only few point Lewis need now and think this season for Lewis is over next race. Good for Kimi that he won after so many years and must say Im glad for this. Vettel is in down form from home race in Germany so this season is best for him to forget. I think that Mexico race and it over for this season watching Formula 1. For Motogp it over shame that Dovi crash but this is something that is normal. Maybe next season will bring some new thing and faces but until then i will watch one more F1 race and its over for this season.

It was clear in the qualifiers that Ferrari had an edge, strangely enough for me in this track where Mercedes has win 5 races. This just make the title fight move to the next race as Hamilton and Mercedes will have an advantage in Mexico. Usually they have done well there and also in the Brazil race.
That leaves Ferrari very little chances to win the drivers Championship title, it is more like F1 marketing that Hamilton didn't win in USA.

This is a nice qualifying results as you see Hamilton and Vettel are on 3rd and 4th this should make it more exciting, feel Hamilton will win and take the title home in today's race, he's just been brilliant this season. It's been quiet a long while to see Red Bull in the pole and second position will be interesting to see if this effects the race, I just hope Hamilton doesn't act over confident and throws it away.

So, Hamilton become World champion officially. Not much what to say about this race. Hamilton had careful tactics today, because he only needed few points to become the champion. Verstappen had great start and won today easily. But I'm so sad for Ricciardo again. He had great chance to be on podium at least today, but again he had to retire due to engine failure. Terrible season for him...

I dunno for this. Honda made huge mistakes with McLaren but maybe they learn mistakes and they will fix this. Hopefully we will see some good action next season cuz this one we already know the champion.

Hamilton had one brilliant season there's no doubt about it, but I feel Vettel could have given him more tough challenge. I felt Vettel was disappointing and so was Ferrari with their tactics. I'm looking forward to the next season, and hopefully other racers step up to Hamilton, I'm looking forward to seeing more close contest between Hamilton and Vettel, there're not many young drivers who I feel will be able to step up to Hamilton and Vettel.
