^  I wouldn't mind a Vettel and Horner reunion at Merc.  I mean if that's even possible since we know Horner has been always an RBR guy.

That means that Vettel is going to sign for Mercedes as well, which I don't think it is a scenario for them. They have Hamilton which is far better than him.

After 2021?  What assurances does Merc have that he'll sign a new contract?  I think 2021 is gonna be interesting for F1 again.

Good move from Ferrari.
They invest in the future and Leclerc is a good driver to invest on him.
He might be the first driver of the team in the next years.

We are slowly going into new season, in 2 weeks most of the teams of F1 will present the new car.

What about testing? This year test will be halved, SHAME SHAME SHAME.
They want save money for testing on the track but teams will spend more on simulator... I don't know what is wrong with everyone. Why people can't think.

^^I think that systems have been improved dramatically and simulators can give results as the testing would take place on track.
Having said that, there is no point on spending money for testing when teams are able to get the same results with less money.

Ok mate, I'm in! I don't have many realistic choices, so I should pick one of Ferrari drivers. Let it be Leclerc!
Though, personally I'm not Ferrari fan and would prefer Verstappen finnishing higher .

Second and a half tier: Vettel

Third Tier: Bottas.

From this list, the one with the better car will win.

I think it will still be the first option with Mercedes being the better team.This will be the case unless the rules changes and I hope they will do it this year to stop Mercedes dominance of the last years.Mercedes has been the winner as it has started the development of the engine before the rules changed in 2013 or 2014.They were ahead of the other teams with the development plan and we all have seem their results.I hope this changes.

@coinlockets$ it’ll yet be another disappointing season for me if Hamilton wins it again, because I’m tired of seeing him win the title season after season. Though you have considered Bottas in the third tier in my opinion he can definitely move up to the second tier, but then again I know Mercedes will never allow him to win the race because they’ll always prefer Hamilton winning the race.

^  As was the case when Vettel kept giving everybody the finger during the RBR era.  And nope.  Bottas def third tier.  On top of my head could be second tiers (maybe and a half) are Ricciardo, Norris, Ocon.

I'd still put Vettel at second tier, with Verstappen peeking at almost top tier.  IMHO.

I'm a Mercedes car fan and I also love McLaren but I would love to see Hamilton drive that sweet red Ferrari and trying to win the title with them and for them as I'm sure this year Mercedes will be unbeatable just like the years before EVEN IF the Ferrari Engine Test Sound was so damn clear that maybe we will see big surprise and Ferrari might do it somehow. I think that if Lewis Hamilton wins the 2020 title and becomes 7 times World Champion and will break all Michael Schumacher records then he will try to win also with another team.The best team inline to do that I think we all agree is Ferrari.Also the Championship would become more interesting with such move.

Keep also in mind this: in 2021 we will have a deep revolution on car shapes, engines, tires, etc.

2021 it will be a reset and do you remember BrawnGP back on days?

This is a concept but not too far away from what we will see soon.

This will be the last season with Valentino Rosso as Driver but the already said today that he wants to ride at least one more year, probably in another team or category?
