A decade ago in my country in Easter Europe there were no internet payment eWallets, no eMoney whatsoever. In 1997 I was left with the equivalent of 30 USD in my hand, 3000 km away from home in a foreign European country, alone. And I arrived home. I wish I had the possibilities of today. Bitcoin and all other eMoney eWallets and payment processors are here to stay. I doubt that bitcoin will disapear in the next 10-20 years. My guess is that sometime in the next 50 years it will replace the dollar. 1 million dollar/1 bitcoin is going to happen in the next 10-30 years. All simple things are good. And bitcoin is simple.

Bitcoin will not die it will continue to grow and grow. It would only disappear if no one supports bitcoins.

I don't think it will die this decade. It isn't that just the mining is unprofitable so it will die.
"but for how long can the continue" .. it will continue until they are making profit with bitcoin. They are big investors and number of them is increasing.

I think by now you should have realised that bitcoin cannot die except when God said so. Mining issue has been there from beginning and has been put to seck by this new segwith activation. We most be positive and hope that bitcoin live long and not clashing.
