Ethereum: Good alt or stay away?

Etherum is a good coin, I already invested since June and I'm planning of holding for 3 years.

ETH is a very good altcoin. It is recognized and backed by many. ETH hard fork is successful and no more errors. In the coming months there will be many ICO start-up projects promising ETH will increase in price.

It has potential,  I'd say but its value went up too high too fast based on hype.  I'm actually surprised that it hasn't crashed ar this point, but that bodes well for you if you hold it. 

ethereum is indeed the best and I hope it continues to survive and stabilize because I want to hold a lot of these altcoins

I'm going to straight with it, I only chose ETH because it has a lot of adopters and followers. And it's market cap is something to be considered, I'm only for the profit and ETH is one of my choice.

For me it doesn't matter what coin you were going to choose. As long as it is profitable then go for it. I think there's nothing wrong of using it, if we know that it is legal and is accepted by society. Altcoin is good but we must understand or learn how it works so that we never failed. Even how expert a person in business , he/she still need additional information to make a good profit or to become successful.

I am still trusting this coin. Ethereum is one of the most used and trusted coins right now in the crypto world. ICOs are using so much Ethereum for now because the great majority of these ICOs are using tokens that are ERC20-based tokens. And if we look at the coins that are using the Ethereum blockchain, they are pretty decent in their prices.

As the second biggest token and you seems correct to choose ethereum to be your investment, because i've putted some money too. But i consider to put my money into the promising project. A lot of support to the community it seems to be a very nice investment.

Look at the other alt coins, they don't have any other supporters or if they have it's only very few people and their community isn't big as ETH. First will be first, bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency so it's enjoying / we are enjoying the profit and ETH was created on 2014 before other coins so it's now leading them.

ETH dipped $20 compared to yesterday and is now at 285 approx. What do you think of the price to get in? Or wait a little longer towards BTC hard fork?

I am already holding ETH but looking to buy some more.

I heard there will be double the eth coins by next year and you guys are thinking of investing/holding ? seems like a mad idea to me it isn't rare at all, you missed the bubble action its over for a good year at least.

but if that happens then people will surely find and hold the ETH for a great profit including me looking forward to it...

Ethereum is a good altcoin because is the most popular after bitcoin. I think is a perspective coin.

It is a very good alt. More people are supporting it like blockchain wallet. You can buy on their wallet Bitcoins and Ethereum safely. It is also popular so fans invest in it also.

I will make a investment soon on ETH. I think 50 euro.

I think its a very good alt. I heard that some people have added ETH to their wallet i think it is Blockchain but i don't know exactly. ETH was in the beginning not worth anything.

Ethereum is a very good longterm coin. I say this because as Bitcoin becomes super duper popular and the demand of it increases while the supply decreases, eventually it will hit a point where less and less people will buy it just because of the price. Price of Ethereum is rising and if we hold ETH at its Present price now and wait for a few weeks then It will generate profit for sure. Moreover, Ethereum is like other alts, volatile that's why invest for a long term and holding this ETH will be a good decision. its a good altcoin.. the question is what good for? trading? or real life use
i think that its very good for trading when you have a good amount.. 100 - 1000 +
so you can sell at 300+ and buy at 285+-
its a good profit everyday
but for new traders its not as good for start, need to trade coins that will bring a good proft first x10 - x50
then to start playing with ethereum...

in real life use i believe this coin is good too, but there are better solutions
anyway it will keep working good along the competitors
