That's what I was thinking too, why I was recommending he test using only one board at a time.
+1 or +2 as i seems to be.
@sunny163
I had an early S7 where one of the grooves in the chassis where the boards slide in were not fabricated correctly.
The one board which was forced in that "slot" had been shaved so it would barely fit. During assembly, QC, etc someone had slid / forced that single board in the chassis enough the board had scrape marks and literally removed part of the board. There are pics in a thread around here somewhere. It caused the board to have an unusual amount pf mechanical stress and the board was warped when installed.
When that board was connected it developed similar symptoms o what I see in your videos. The other two boards ran fine.
Bitmain in Colorado *Actually Yoshi is who I worked with while making arrangements* - Yoshi took care of the issue and me during that scenario. It wasn't fast, but overall he did make sure I made up for time lost.
My most recent S9 failure is unfortunately not covered by warranty. I had a symptom before the warranty expired but I failed to report it. I had one board with an X. I have read many posts by people who were told one X did not mean it would be covered. Within two weeks the board was dead and I was approximately two weeks out of warranty.
I tested this recent failure by first not having any hashboards connected. Fans ran and everything looked good. I installed the board I thought was the problem but it ran correctly. I disconnected it and connected the next one. This one showed the same symptom which by then was Xs across the entire line.
I exchanged the cable going between the controller and hash board with a different one which was functioning - no change.
I tried a different control board port which was functioning correctly.
I tried different cables from a different power supply.
I am confident the issue is the hash board.
Two things which should be available I have not located:
1. A board drawing covering basic test points so we can isolate to a particular component or at least a specific circuit.
2. Where is the S9 firmware? I must have missed a post stating what is going on with firmware. I would like to have the ability to re-flash as an option.
Anyone - Please let me know where this is located.Hopefully I m just being dense and i is right on the bitmain downloads page.

Take your time
Make notes of everything. Mark your hashboards, cables, etc
Be meticulous and consistent
If it is under warranty do not break the warranty seal until you receive permission from Bitmain support and try to get everything in writing. The Colorado people have done good things for me, but they are not good about returning calls or getting things addressed in a timely manner.
If there is physical damage to the board immediately take pictures and get those emailed to support while pressing for a response. There is not a good reason to waste more money for shipping if they are going to deny your claim anyway.
Make this clear and again get it in writing.
Then evaluate options.
I do not see any physical damage to my latest S9 board failure. I am sending it to Colorado and I understand they are unable to give me a price until they evaluate the failure.
Take your time. Do not make rushed decisions and again document dates - times - names - instructions - EVERYthing
Good Luck
