Nope.
I had to pay around 3% taxes on all my 7 orders with the exception of 1. I don't know how but 1 L3+ was delivered without any ICOD. Not sure why, somebody fell asleep somewhere I guess.

Is it possible to pay this duties online?

You can call a number to pay it it should be 502-485-2222
Keep in mind that even if you pay their STUPID system will not let the driver know that you already paid.
I don't know how that's even possible in 2017, maybe they are learning customer service from Bitmain....
So don't think the driver will just leave your package as you will have to call that number with the driver present to ask WTF!

Actually I have shipped my package to mail forwarder to reship it after to my country. I have contacted mail forwarder and I hope they will help me to clear my package. Last time I ordered Avalon 741 with no duties at all.

My last order of 2 L3+'s for about $4400 I was called by UPS and asked for my SS or EIN before they would deliver. The miners were still in China when that happend.

When did all of this start Happening?

UPS charged me $55.22 COD per S9 shipping to the US
FEDEX charged me $72.15 COD per L3 shipping to the US

I was going to order three S9's but it's very late in their life span now. That, and all these coupons coming up for sale (might have been available for long, I haven't searched previously) makes me wonder if it's really a good idea to purchase them now?

Question is how long it'll be until Bitmain comes up with something new, making the S9's I'd purchase obsolete.

I was thinking at buying a Jan batch of the s9, but what do you think? Q1 2018 will bitmain announce the new antminer?

Is it profitable to buy atm thinking that maybe its at EOL?

Buy BTC on Coinbase. Transfer BTC to exchange site of your choice i.e. HitBTC

Sell BTC, Buy BCH on exchange then send BCH right to bitmain when ready

You would still pay out the ass for shipping + repair. Its the same thing as repairing any other out of warranty board, they arent gonna give you a discount just because you identified the issue for them.

Yes, if the order doesn't go to verified or whatever they use nowadays after a transaction just contact support. They specifically say they accept BCH and it does work.
