On Bitmain website I cannot order Antminer S9 because it has a status "Sold Out". Does anybody know when we will be able to order it?

check every 2 hours  for the next 2 days.

if there are cancels  it will pop open briefly

my guess is they wont have a new batch for 2 or 3 weeks at best.
how you will be wrong and they'll relist it in couple days

also something wrong with ticket system, can't view/edit my tickets

Just got the S9 up and running but not smoothly.  Problems with the firmware from Bitmain I would imagine.  If anyone rewrites the firmware, I would be willing to pay a dev fee. thanks

Great email this morning notifying me that my order has shipped. Looks like my December AW3++ have shipped, but not my December 21-30 S9's. No complaints here as they were originally the January order and got bumped ahead. Can't wait to get hashing!

I'm having some issues, they have only sent 6 out of 12 PSUs from my November 21-30 batch.

I have recieved a trackingnumber for them, but the status since 30.Nov has been "   Shipment information received".

I guess I need to buy new PSUs locally? The downtime costs too much!

Received 1 december my new L3+ and  PSU within 5 days from China to Netherlands (30 nov batch). Had to pay 400 euro customs/tax cash to UPS. As expected, no complaints.

Received 4 december my new S9 and PSU within 5 days from China to Netherlands (30 nov batch). Had to pay 300 euro customs/tax cash to UPS. As expected, no complaints.

So I had no problems with UPS, except they had no change at the door so the courier kept about 8 euro change. Next time I will chose UPS again.

is there a way to tell difference between a real and a Knock off bitmain S9? The resellers are all claiming they have it in stock, as many as 1000 Pcs if we want them today. Seriously not sure how they can have so many always if it sells so fast?

There aren't really ripoff miners but instead people who scam with fake online stores, etc. If you physically have a miner in hand just power it on and try to get into the config page by trying to start it up. If you're buying miners from this forum, make sure to always use reputable escrowers like Philipma or Ognasty, etc. Besides gouged eBay and Amazon prices and direct from Bitmain or from forum members, there's not really many other places to buy these miners. The "resellers" are probably just scammers. Bitmain doesn't have any real official resellers afaik.

I sometimes sell gear. And I do escrow. On marketplace  sales.

Problem on marketplace is the 12000 plus btc price is allowing high resell prices.

Keep going to bitmain site every hour on the hour order one when it pops up

And make sure you have all of your ducks in a row now. As in have your BCH ready to send for payment, so as soon as they have some for sale you can jump on them. They only give you an hour to pay and sometime BCH confirmations can take every bit of that

Question about customs...

I am in Canada / Quebec

What kind of customs do you guys pay ?

I was told that things coming from China normally doesn't have customs to pay on it...
But I had to pay around 800$ CAD to UPS for customs.
(3 Machines 3 PSU's)

Does that make sense ?

This might be a stupid question, but, just hooked up 4 new S9, and i cant see any hashboards on any of them on the miner status page.

I havent used s9 since batch 1, is this a normal problem? Surely not all 4 are DOA?

They are powered by evga 1600 g2 and bitmain psu's.

Any idea whats going on here?

Unfortunately it makes perfect sense.  There's Duty on incoming computer equipment.
