Is MaNI working for https://www.capecoin.co.za/ ? I will dump my AUR for this SA coin.

The ticker is counting down , not up.
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Hey everyone, first time seeing Gulden, can anyone tell me what is it purpose, would be more than glad for your help. Thanks in advance!

Purpose is ease of use payments on the blockchain and if you patient enough they will be releasing PoW2 this year or next. Nocks payment platform is the main reason to invest in gulden. Would like to see coins like GRS and XMR on Nocks.

For other coins GuldenTrader is working on an exchange. Nocks will add USD and GBP currencies and markets soon. I estimate both GT and Nocks live end March.

The community need to cut the developers some slack, focus on the good that we know is coming soon. Nocks USD and GBP and Guldentrader exchange that will add other crypto pairings to NLG.

Pretend PoW2 and SegSig project doesn't exist and you will see Gulden is still a good coin.

It says on the developer roadmap that SegSig is Feb 2018 , this is only 2 weeks away until Feb over. It does not give a date for PoW2 but PoW2 is listed before SegSig on the roadmap?

PoW2 is the one for witnessing?

https://dev.gulden.com

The date has changed every month for 6 months.

Why do they waste effort on changing the month when they can change the year ? This would free up more time to develop.

Feb 2019 instead of March 2018, April 2018, May 2018... you get the idea kids.

Does anyone actually look further than that number that says hardly anything? Did anyone notice NLG is actually consolidating?

NLG is staying behind in value compared to many other at least as interesting altcoins.
If BTC goes up, SAT value of NLG goes down most of the times.
Also, there is hardly any volume in NLG, so we can conclude general interest in Gulden is very low.
Which is fairly logical, as more and more people start to question the development team.
There are just some traders trading on the penny, making a small margin between bittrex and nocks.

So far there is no proof, -for over a year-, if the Gulden team really is as brilliant as people say or they themselves think they are.
They have been testing for over 12 weeks now, after a period of automated testing and small inner circle testing.
The feedback is still close to zero.
Apparently they do not possess the ethics to properly and regularly inform their community who funded them with 600+ BTC
and made them financially independent.

Their repetitive arrogant "It is ready when it is ready" reply is very annoying.
The Gulden slack is a sad over-censored environment.
They even have bots in place that remove other coin names if you should type them.
And everytime anyone asks a good or smart question they do not like, there are warnings and removals.
The slack is run in a very scary totalitarian way.

Anyway, the complete Gulden 2.0 update has to be delivered February 28th latest.
Then we will see if there is some justification in their arrogant above-and-beyond stance.

You think that 12 weeks testing for 5 applications on five different platforms and rolling out a brand new blockchain at the basis of all of that is tooo looong? Then you are in for a suprise I supose. 😂😂

Gulden is faster then Bitcoin already, can handele 40 transactions a second versus 8 for btc already, has stable wallets, with HD linking to mobile. Transactions are waaaaayyy cheaper and ah well, you get my point. Stop complaining, start using it, as intended.

With all what Gulden has accomplished already, price is hillariously cheap! But it wouldn’t be a hidden gem if everybody could have spotted that. So sell your bags to me and get your asses into one of the one thousand scam coins of your liking. Plenty of $5,- whitepapers to choose from. 😜😂😂😂

The supercharger must of broke because the development only got slower after the 100% boost.

Feb and March like I said would be a good time to buy. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt they won't be able to get SegSig working and this is the reason for the PoW2 delay. When they give up and remove the SegSig part PoW2 will come in June or July.
Ask the testers how many bugs SegSig is causing the team. You will see the devs won't be ready end of Feb.

Listen up needle dicks, this is the reason your devs want to jump off a building.

JeanLuc, nobody is stopping you from buying. Eat your heart out and just keep buying.
And as you were a Newbie once yourself on this forum, no need to act arrogant to someone replying to your post.

Also no need to pretend as if Gulden is one of the scarce non-scam coins around. You know that is not true.
In fact there are many great coins and tokens in the Top 50 that outperform Gulden by far in technology, development and at the same time are a lot more transparent.
Compared to those coins and tokens, the question of this thread "Is Gulden a good investment?" can only be answered with "No" so far.
In future, I hope your overwhelming trust in Gulden turns out to be right.

The team and technology at the back of the Gulden is really wonderful, they already carried out a manner to shop for and withdrawal in euro. The coin remains undervalued and low, mainly when looking at the overall market cap.

I would highly recommend the devs do give a update soon. A lot of people will read this page searching for Gulden topics and these frenzied responses won't do the reputation of the coin much good.

I can understand the frustration people are feeling and I am one of the more level headed posting here.
