I play just for fun, I always try to take risks to win with a huge amount, and not least I also lost. but it is a common thing for me. because I have never had a burden, because playing just for fun. and remember I play without spending money, and usually when I get a free bitcoin

Your right guys but maybe this method will help make a vacation with your friends or family in far places.. while you are having fun with your friends in far places we know he will come back home so after vacation go to psychiatrist so that you can get the best recommendation for treatment for your addiction.. to prevent or stop gambling..

Of course not easy get free money by giving up, they have a hard rules to hold you playing for a long time and surely you will feel enjoy maybe become addicted with gambling so after you lose amout you got from giving up then you will deposit for playing at there.

My suggestion is to forget about gambling as a way to get/earn money, it's not that. Gambling is actually entertainment, you pay to play and if you win that's great but the focus should be on having fun. You should always consider the money gone the minute you decide to gamble it, as if you've paid a movie ticket or something like that. This will save you a lot of frustration and disappointment in the future.

Try to fill your time with other distractions. Try exercising, walking, biking, hiking. Try a new hobby like fishing, cooking, pottery, painting, reading, making videos for youtube, restaurant reviews for yelp.com, etc. Or just spend more time hanging out with friends and family. Join a new club, sports team, or other kind of community group will help you make new friends and start a new chapter of your life in which addiction is not a part. Do volunteer work at a hospital, library or wherever. Positive social interactions can stimulate the release of neurochemicals which elicit feelings of happiness and satisfaction without the need for that gambling high.

it is really hard to stay away and give up gambling your money and trying to double it up in the easiest way that you can but for me gambling will always end you up losing more, the best way to avoid it is find some other things or leave your computer out of site have fun with your friend and family stay away even in the smallest form of it.

Yeah, it's really hard to escape from gambling. I need 1 year to 100% not gambling anymore, my method is always spend your bitcoin into something. Like turn it into fiat, buy steam wallet and etc.

I plan to try my best doing my cosplays as a distraction and maybe some painting in the garden. I think surrounding myself with nature helps a lot.

It is really a matter of willingness and dedication to give up, It won't work if the mind is not focused or serious in doing so.  And also it has to be done gradually for the hardcore gamblers.  But still everything depends on the how the person will react on its own treatment.  Or does he really needed one.

Yes, Give up the gambling it is not easy way if you are gambler. Mostly people say that Gambling is like a disease, if it is disease so handle it like a doctor. If you have determine to left it, so prepare you mind that you never want to play it again, and if you play it so not to play a lot of bets. than you can manege your self.

Op, if you think you have problems with gambling then you might want to NOT seek any gambling related job.
I know that gamblers are usually knowledgeable and highly qualified employers in casinos but it is double edged sword.
Imagine situation where alcoholic person is working in a brewery as beer taster... it will be almost the same.

yes it is not easy to give up gambling. but you can give it up if you try to give up from your soul. im also gambling but in a limit. dont cross your limits otherwise you will loose all. just learn some techniques to control yourself.

I understand you for your sentiments i was used to be like that too. its really not easy to give up gambling just like giving up smoking if you are used to it. having a mindset to change your habit can help you to give up gambling. quit using your computer for a while or have some vacation to unwind yourself.

If you are addicted to gambling it will be really hard to stop and that is bad because if you are addicted you can lose a lot of money with gambling and that must not happen.
If you want to stop you have to realize by yourself that you it is all wasted money and just find some distraction.
