I never stopped because Eliphaz said: Distributed nodes through their own API, which is what business and exchanges will be using when live, are operating normally...

Svante, please let us know when this is resolved so we can resume forging.
Thanks.

Dennis is working on it since a moment. Unfortunately the web wallet server forked right after we went to sleep and the recovery mechanism on that failed. Distributed nodes through their own API, which is what business and exchanges will be using when live, are operating normally.

Hi, I have an little BTC cashout  pending. Do you know if it could affect the fail?

How does this work? Do you have to make all transfers manually?

But these token's arent the "real" ones yet, you can't withdraw them.

At the moment, yes, it seems:

...
Asset exchange is preliminarily enabled for some asset types. Next version will enable all assets including the traditional ones of HEAT /Asset.

BTC/HEAT decentralized market should work.

Getting BTC in and out is centralized & experimintal at this point and may incur delays.

Yes you can Smiley
But you need to transfer the open.HEAT to heatledger and write the HEAT account number as a memo.
They I suggest you also mail ronny@ccedk.com to warn him that you did so he send the HEAT to the account you specified.

You dont need the HEAT wallet to be on the right fork to forge. You just need your server to be on the right fork and you can continue forging.

The situation is normalizing with https://heatwallet.com back up and 70+ nodes on the main fork.

This may be useful to add in heat-default.properties for now:

Remove the current list and use

heat.wellKnownPeers=144.76.3.50;188.166.3.190;78.46.99.11

Restart server, possibly delete blockchain directory if problems

Exchange is currently under maintenance due to last night's fork, should be up soon when we get the replicator up on main node. Pending gateway operations of funding and redeeming BTC are handled then.

I did what you wrote (also deleted blockchain directory) and it is not working for me... the server seems to be stuck without any movement before loading blocks at all...
What am I supposed to do to forge again?Huh??

Which 70 nodes? The ones that are listed in the nodes.cgi file?

Yes, every time you reload nodes.cgi in your browser it lists in real time nodes connected to the master node at heatwallet.com

if i am running the server and when i start the curl command is there a delay before he node is active and connects for forging to nodes.cgi

can forging be done even if the blockchain is still downloading as it catches up?
