In the long run I think anything can happen, but it is unlikely that great upward movements will occur in the short term, especially with the recent discussions related to the scaling issue.

This is a nice suggestion, but instead of buying it and keeping it from your wallets for 4 years. Why not grow it by trading it? It can triple or go upto hundred times within a year and not for 4years. Just trade it with safe coins like: ETH, XMR, DASH Buy now and sell it after 4 years. It can triple your profit.
And its every bitcoiners dream to become rich with the help of bitcoins.
What it happens is that not everyone are able to become successful traders since teat requires time and effort and some may decide they just want to obtain profits in the long term since they feel comfortable with their jobs so for them trading is not their main way to earn money. |

I will never become rich with bitcoin as it is not my primary source of income and its only a extra income for me and I don't think that anyone can become rich with side income but I am satisfied with my small earnings as it is definitely helping me in many ways.
but i think if you have invested some money in bitcoin then you can even turn double your investment as bitcoin can give you good opportunities of becoming rich from gambling. |

Investing and gambling is different, if you invest you have a chance to be successful and double your money, but people are looking for more than just a double. With gambling, you can turn your $1 into $1,000 if you are good and extremely lucky at the same time, sadly we do not have that both and if we do, it will only last for a short period of time. |

This dream is a very logical one and it is practically possible in real world.
I mean just think about the who purchased bitcoins,
When 1 bitcoin's worth was not even 1$.
Just think the amount they might have gained now.
It's never too late even we can buy BTC now and sell them 4-5 years later for Fiat,
And get to witness a huge price difference.
We can also invest on altcoins be smart enough to sell them at the right time.

To become rich with bitcoins is real but you need a strategic plan which you should follow, without plans you will just be dreaming. The price of bitcoin can change so fast, because of changes and event which happened soon. I think the best and wise idea would be to wait for price to get down to some decent price like 700-800$ then you need to sell your fiat money and try to wait for pump. But to make it more profitable you also need to have more free investment money, to wait for raising in price

The last time it went to $700-$800 range was with the PBoC thing. It's the Chinese people that got scared and so they sold their coin plus those people that panic sold their coins. You will need some FUD as strong as that to make the price of bitcoin go down at that price again. Today, the hard fork thing made the price of bitcoin go down from $1200 to $1000. I think this ($1000 range) is already a good buy since we will eventually recover from this price decrease. |

I do dream of becoming rich with bitcoins. Currently, I am trying to earn bitcoin by joining a signature camp and I am going to work hard for it. It is not just the dream of becoming rich but also to have my own power of buying things I need for myself and also for my family. I have witnessed my classmates who have been a long time member of this forum who can now afford things they want for themselves and can afford to pay for our projects without asking money from their parents. I want to do that too. Besides, it is not wrong to dream anyway.

Maybe after you get the bitcoin, you should change them into good altcoins as there is a risk of hard fork for the bitcoin. |

As I can see it, you're trying to aim low because there's already people above you that are obviously doing much better than you. In this case, I suggest that you go to their level and always talk to them. Eventually, you'd be like them. I agree with the guy above my post. You should try altcoins as well. Sometimes there are altcoin campaigns that pays really good. Bitcoin might be a good thing to store money but altcoins are even better when it comes to bounties/rewards. I'm currently enrolled in Edgeless campaign and I hope everything works well with this one. Eventually I'm going to convert my EDG coins to bitcoin not because I want to get rich with bitcoins but because bitcoin is much less volatile than most coins. In other words, it's a much safer store of value. |

I'm super confident for the future of the bitcoin as a technology, but the run which goes up or down depends on not just the future of the bitcoin... but rather that sells, and who buys.The "early adopters" own 90% of bitcoins. It is enough that a fraction of them decide to sell to get a bitcoin in free fall for months and months... If the bitcoin falls to $ 1000 I don't care...

in fact, I have some plans in order to become rich from bitcoin, by way of investment, and trading. possible investment can guarantee my income if I invest in the right things with the number of lots. besides it also encourages income trading became very much if I could utilize it properly. mix between investment and trade will very quickly make you rich if you take it seriously.

Playing Bitcoin - Altcoin trading, and being able to get in the train before it left, you can possibly get rich with it. It just needs time though. I have seen several altcoin from dust BTC price to something like 0.01 and above. Those who bought at it at a very cheap price and hold will surely get rich with it. |

Yes you need to spend most of your time here in btc. it is guaranteed income forum but one thing is sometime we will feel sad when the price goes up/down, the emotion we must control. there is no room for emotions in the business. becoming rich in btc means you have to work hard as well as smart : doing freelance project, joining in the singed campaign, doing trading but you must have knowledge, mining but extremely difficult task. |
