Hi, I'm ghyze. I think any money system that's not controlled by the banksters is great. Bitcoin should succeed!

Well then, I'm deebug, err that's about it

I registered because I wanted to reply to the MtGox poll that is currently active. I could vote but I couldn't reply.
It's a bit of a dissapointment because I thought I could contribute to the MtGox post, but I also understand why this restriction is in effect.

Just before the MtGox meltdown I was making a .NET application that would monitor exchange rates with an easy conversion rate between currencies including a detailed calculation of trading costs (depending on what services you used) etc... For a moment I thought I brought MtGox down, but soon I realized that was a silly thought Tongue

I also have a mining rig in construction, waiting for some rare gfx cards, meanwhile pressing all the juice out of my only HD6990 card and at a decent rate.

I guess I'll try to contribute to this forum and see where it goes from there.

So yeah. My introduction *waves*

Oh yeah, I'm not a native English speaker, so... sorry in advance

Edit: Smiley overload. Removed.

Hi all,

I'm another noob looking to start mining, probably pool mining. Building a machine now and reading, reading, reading here trying to get up to speed. Wish my linux experience was a lot better for sure.

Still haven't found all the answers for setting up a headless linux miner on my home win7 network, but I'll keep looking.

hi all, just another semi-newb. Been lurking for a while, starting mining 3 weeks or so ago - having fun if nothing else.

Currently running a 6970 and 6950 non-xfire on deepbit

Hi been lurking the boards for a few weeks now. I like the idea of bitcoins and hope it keeps growing like it has been. Just bought my first btc the other day and have turned it into over 10btc now. Its exciting learning about everything and hope to contribute more to the btc economy.

Hello all, I'm bluefirecorp.

As you see here, this forum is mainly filled with spam to just get post count. Wouldn't it be better if you guys created a subforum within this forum for introductions. This way, people could have entire threads dedicated to them being new instead of a single post?

Hello there, I've been a Bitcoin user for a while (well, only since 0.3.21), and pooled (CPU) miner for about a month now.

I do have a little bit of programming experience, but I mainly do Web app development these days, so I doubt I can contribute much to the Bitcoin client.  But if I have time and the ability, I'll see what I can do.
