Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Hey everyone. I've been using bitcoins for almost two years now and looking to get into developing for ripple / bitcoin integrations. Once I'm not a newb I'll be in the alternative currencies / ripple section so anyone interested in helping out just send a PM.

Hello. I'm jutebug and pretty stinkin new to bitcoins. So far it's been a pita but I'm trying to get over the learning curve and into some BC goodness. My plan of action is to use the conversion path of bank account -> Dwolla -> MTGOX -> Wallet. However, the flaw in my plan is the new user 30 day hold from Dwolla :\
I'm here to learn but also here to use the exchange thread here:

Hi all, I'm hellscabane.  I've been mining bitcoins and litecoins as an amateur for a while (about a year) but never joined the community until now.

Hi!  I have been around for about a month lurking but also researching.  I have made some money at this and am ready to start contributing.  I am signed up on localbitcoins to sell locally and hope to see a lot more growth in bitcoin industries soon!
