Guys i'am modding my first msi 470 4gb with hynix memory, stock 20.5 Mh/s on eth , after mod bios with 1500 value to 1625-1750-2000 i do 23.2 Mh/s but the guide result say about 26 without OC, is normal this low result? anyone has this gpu with hynix?

my friend can rach 30mhs with super low power arround 40watt (GPU z)
use 2100mhz mem clock, but my gpu fail to reach it, anyone know why my gpu fail and his gpu cxan reach 2100 ? (same hynix)

2100mhz is impossible at 40W. Not hard or difficult, impossible. The lowest you can get on GPUZ for 2100 would be 80W.

Now, every card is different, if you get lucky you get a good piece of silicon that can touch 2100mhz. If you are unlucky, it may not cross 1900.

the system crash with grey screen every time i open a browser or anything

Mem clock has little (not nothing, but little) to do with overall wattage. You're looking at core - which is responsible for most of your draw.

Interesting. Some tests are in order then I suppose to see if we can get to a GPUZ reading of 40W, at any clocks. Will report back soon.

I bought yesterday 6 graphics cards and will read the faq's before the cards are here :-)

But my card has no Bios switch. is the switch on each sapphire-nitro-rx-470-8gb-oc card?
Any tips for my card modell to be save to brick my card. in kind of a problem i have no revovery solution whitout the bios switch

i see in gpu-z my card has MICRON Memory, is that possible to mod the card? at the moment i get 24 mh/s
