I don't think it's a good idea to invest your BTC in gold. By doing so you will leave Bitcoin which is the future and will join (or rejoin) to gold which is the past. To trust in Bitcoin more than in gold is risky, I know, but that is what most people here are doing, and I'm among them. I hope we will profit in the long run.

Everything you said are a good investments, the question is when will you buy it? A good investment needs time in order for it to grow. You won't buy a land that is already at the top of it's market value, you buy it when you know it will appreciate more with time. Also you missed the chance when Gold is at its lowest. I must say you need to look for another kind of investment such as the stock market.

I mean cloud mining is a scam but there must be something else we can actually do right?

I have not had many bitcoin and not thought to invest, need to a long time to ROI in the cloud mining?

I think keeping bitcoin alone is already an investment, you don't have to do anything, just keep on saving it and it will make the money on its own until the time when you think the price is right for you to sell it and make the profit.

Yes that is right to say that investment is not such an easy job, it really need some good experiece and skill to become a successful investors. I will recomend to start ivnestment with a little amount and after getting some experiece then should go for big investments with same platform/business.

Hyip's and all related scam schemes are not something you can consider to be an investment. People investing in them are responsible for these schemes to continue scamming innocent people.

Crowdfunding is some sort of a gamble since this whole industry is full of potentially great ideas/inventions, but only a very small number of them turn out to be profitable.

That's why at all times trading is the best option. Mainly because of the fact that with trading you are responsible for every aspect and action.

It's up to you and not an entity that is having full control over your coins as would be the case when you invested in a certain site, service or project.

One way to invest is to invest in yourself whether that means ypu own business or paying to study something and increase your knowledge of things you are interested in.

It is a good thing to store bitcoins for prices to increase but always remember to book some of your profits. Because we don't know what is the future and anything can happen. So I always book my profits and buy again when prices go down a little bit or invest those profits in some other places.

It is not against Bitcoin as such

It is against any currency since to be a currency it should be used as a currency, i.e. as a means of payment. Bitcoin is deflationary (I'm talking about currency appreciation, not its monetary base decreasing, no need to pop up with objections here) since its price tends to increase over time. So it is quite understandable that people are eager to hoard bitcoins in the hope of selling them at a higher price later. On the other hand, there may be no other way to facilitate Bitcoin expansion but through currency appreciation only

Investment is indeed a great place and most profitable. Because investing is a most convenient and easy in doing it, but seeing as we are using investing online then it took several steps to release some funds for investment. So is investing in the bitcoin, if we can't be cautious in investing then it will just make us a great loss and finally we can't get advantages and for investment in the best possible way bitcoin just buy and store the bitcoin

The problem with each and everyone in the digital sphere is that how would you identify whether the company you are trying to invest is legit or not. we have already seen many scams running away with everyones bitcoin and millions of dollars being cheated in that way.Look for transparency in a team the less they got to hide something from the investors the more trustful they will be .

Well, that's obviously the main problem here but hey, you can just simply ask it in here before investing and you will get advise from various users or even some people will do some further investigation to they site you're going to mention on the thread and then all will be revealed. That's why this forum existed, to help any bitcoin users

That's right... An investment can be of any type... It is not always important that an investment should give you any returns because maybe you are investing on something that does not return anything... But i feel here they are discussing the profitable investments and i really can't find any of them these days...
