So where should we invest bitcoin to actually earn some profit and increase the amount of bitcoin we own, is there any legit place?
I mean cloud mining is a scam but there must be something else we can actually do right?

I think that bitcoin itself is the most profitable and less risky investment you can have. It is already proven that bitcoins price increases a huge amount every year.

If you're looking for investment aside from bitcoin itself you can Invest in
Altcoins or Gambling site.  Just take your time in choosing the right coin or gambling site however, You must not forget that this is much risky than keeping bitcoin.

Strictly speaking, Bitcoin price has been rising only for a little over a year by now. Before that, it had been gradually and painfully spiraling down in wide circles for two long years from the mind boggling highs it made in late 2013, with only a few small short rebounds and stops. On the other hand, though, the growth that we see today seems to be more "organic" and driven rather by fundamental factors than sheer hype and outright speculation...

For example, recent halving is one such factor that has a lasting impact on Bitcoin price

Would you bet your bitcoin if it was accepted in Las Vegas casinos?

If this is a question, then I won't do it. Because gambling is something stupid and just give us the losses in a fairly long time, someone who is only thinking of how to get the victory and couldn't control themselves or do not even have a good strategy only a humbug who only make up their minds a flowery, but the results they get is a loss. And also the gambling is not the place for investment, and it's different if we are investing within this site not playing

The best way to invest bitcoin is to hold them in your wallet and wait for its price to skyrocket then sell it to the person who is willing to buy. Anyway, you can also try to trade or to invest in ICOs, they might be very effective if you know how to choose the appropriate project

Holding is the best deal in my opinion. If a person knows how to trade they don't ask questions like OP did. Same goes for a right investment.

So if you don't know for sure how to trade or where to invest you better hold your coins or otherwise you have very good chances to lose them all.

You do have three options, that are, saving, invest into your project or invest into others projects. The place were the most bitcoins are present are dice, you can try bankrolls some of them giving decent income. You can try trading, forex to grow your bitcoins, but are very risky way, and you can always wait a better value while you keep with the same ammount of coins.

Well, we can actually do it right now. Maybe not directly bitcoins into tokens, but bitcoins then fiat then tokens. Anyway, no matter which casino are we going to bet our coins, we are still doomed to lose it all. Gambling is just not a good investment unless you're the casino owner himself. Maybe if you're going to invest in a casino in Las Vegas, then that's good. Las Vegas is where high rollers go and your casino will surely profit there.

While I certainly agree that just holding bitcoins may be the best option for a novice (at least, short term), but, on the other hand, how we would become successful traders or investors if we didn't start trading or investing for real? In other words, you can't learn how to drive a car until you actually start driving a car. It goes without saying that if you choose for your first drive a busy highway in rush hour, you obviously won't drive away very far without someone literally kicking your ass...

But you could still gradually develop your driving skills on some abandoned street or circuit

Holding achieves absolutely nothing. If we all hold, crypto does not develop, does not attract new people and the entire economy stagnates. This is NOT the safest way, this is simple free riding tactics, hoping somebody else ll generate value in BTC economy and you ll profit from that.

Nah, I like to use my coins, to invest, buy, sell, exchange, not just let them sit and do nothing.

You are doing it right, the whole purpose of a currency is to facilitate trade among people, if no one uses the currency then the currency dies although holding some bitcoin as a safe measure is not wrong either.

I'm still very few understand that in these systems, but I would be on the old version would have invested their savings in real estate. It is perhaps very relevant today.

You can think of a lot of interest within, but first you need to answer the question yourself investing in Bitcoin - a quick profit or a long-term plan.

In the current scenario, I agree that selling bitcoins is not something wise to do. There are just a lot of things going on behind the scenes, like segwit.

If the uptrend holds for too long, this can affect even the performance of the best altcoins in the market. It's important to mention that populous countries such as India and China, are waking up for Bitcoin.

Price Bitcoins for almost the entire lifetime of the digital currency is the focus of the community. For those who have invested in Bitcoin at the very beginning, its current price may be cause for cautious optimism. However, even those who still have not invested in cryptocurrency, are still in a good position.

Best possible way for an investment would be holding the bitcoins instead of putting them in different baskets.
Bitcoin itself is one of the best investments if you are smart enough and know how to take advantage.

For investors Bitcoin  is, above all, profit, and the sooner the better. A major role in the desire to quickly "skim the cream" certainly plays cryptocurrency inherent volatility. Examples of when for one day the price could go up or down by 10% or more, known and periodically take place today.

Everything is not something easy to do. Because any investment required is very wonderful thoughts in order to get something good, you can indeed say so but it is very difficult to do for those who can not think of the best way or they are too greedy for all the things they do, so thinking they do is not the best but the thought that just puts the lust

Pumps and dumps tend to be pretty high risk, I would not invest too much into them.
It's fine to invest into altcoins, but only stable ones or new ones if they have a reasonable roadmap.

Combination of holding and investment. One part to keep long term waiting for price to get up. Another part to invest through trading or something to insure the number of coins to grow with time. And a lot of patience and cool head thinking.
