Investing bitcoins is a really good way to gain more profit but i think this is not easy to be done. And basically, i don't know where should i going to invest my bitcoins. This can be said that through this, people used bitcoins are becoming rich. But also even keeping your own bitcoins can also be called investing, why? because it is another way for your bitcoin to become bigger amount.

Yes by simply waiting for the price increase while you have your own bitcoins on your cold storage is already an investment together with your time being invested. But that's good way of investing bitcoins, doing a lot of investment at the same time will probably give you results. It's either profit, if you know how to manage it properly or fail if you can't even manage them at the same time.

There are several altcoins like augur, zcash, as well eth and etc, which has a lot potencial and are the altcoins with huge interest on the last months, with that said, we could easy make good btc playing the pumps and dumps with those altcoins.

Pumps and dumps tend to be pretty high risk, I would not invest too much into them.
It's fine to invest into altcoins, but only stable ones or new ones if they have a reasonable roadmap.

Bumps and dumps is the nature of every trading either you are going to invest in bitcoin or any where else you will face the same situation everywhere, if there is no pumps and dumps in bitcoin or any other crypto currency then you cannot make money, you have to take risk and that is the only way of making money.

If you worried about the risks of investments then the only way you can reduce it by diversifying your money in few different products. So I have invested my money in real estate, gold, share market and also in bitcoins. As of now bitcoins are giving fast profits compared to other investments but still I invested quite less in bitcoins compared to other products.

Yeah, you're absolutely right, business or the most profitable investment is an investment in a period that has been or is often done by everyone. as investment gold, land, House, apartment, or other investments. But keep in mind the things discussed in this thread is an investment with bitcoin, so all that you mention I think can not be done using bitcoin. And in a very profitable investment bitcoin is to use the system to sell and then buy. Sell when prices are high and buy when prices fall

BTC is an investment. its same like equities i mean share market. if u r investing in equities, u know this easily. u have to just know how it works & how its price goes up & down & by that u can trade with it.
buy & sell is the best thing to get more benefit from it but for that u have to find a secure place where u can do this easily & safely otherwise it may possible that instead of getting benefit, u lost whatever u have invested.
so its better to understand about Bitcoins & how it works then invest. that is why i told its same like equities. without knowledge any investment can make u looser. so get knowledge, gather information, think & then invest. proper knowledge & timing can give u good returns.

Gold can be a decent investment since you can buy it in smaller increments like is possible with Bitcoin, but real estate definitely not.

Real estate is something that not everyone can afford to invest in since you need to have a decent capital in order to just buy yourself one property.

Beside the fact that not everyone can afford to invest in real estate, it may takes years before you as average property buyer are able to make profit.

With Bitcoin people can benefit from short term fluctuations and also a long term investment at the same time. What more can you wish for as an investor?

And don't forget to add that while you are waiting for the price of your property to increase, your investments in real estate will generate negative cash flows overall (taxes, maintenance expenses, and whatnot) unless you can rent it out of course. But if your property can bring you enough profits by being rented out, why would you want to sell it at all? Or, rather, why would anyone want to sell it to you in the first place?

Either way, it is surely not a kind of investment a typical bitcoiner can consider for real

there are always altcoins that are performing well even in a falling market, but yeah these days because bitcoin price has been rising one more time everybody is cashing out their altcoins to come back and join bitcoin trading so altcoin prices are generally falling.

also remember that there may be good time to get in some of them at the bottom after a while.

Gambling isnt a waste of time unless you learn how to control your self from the greedyness. My main source of bitcoin is from gambling.I have the times that I looses btc but it isnt not too many than my profits

For me or maybe for anyone the investment in gold and in houses/apartments are two different places as when we invest in gold then we will not be sure that how will be the price increase and when will it happen but if we invest in buying any house then we can easily give it on rent and so we can get a permanent and regular income from that house.

Yah, you're absolute correct with that. If you really can control yourself then go gambling otherwise just invest on trading sites. I would prefer safe than sorry. If you want to have more profit then you must put some money also. Then, whatever profit you can have learn to handle it, invest it other way like buy and sell etc.

It doesn't matter whether or not you can control yourself with gambling. In most of the cases with gambling it's purely the luck factor that you rely on. I am not a poker person myself, but there are plenty of discussions going on for years now, where people say it also requires a good amount of skills when it comes to winning with poker. Other than that, gambling should never be placed in the same category as investments. If you do gambling, then you do it for the fun where you hope to make some profits, but where you also understand that you very well may end up losing everything. If that's okay with you, then go for it, but it's of course better to not gamble at all!
