you should perform the division for investment. you invest in bitcoin with trading. and partly you use to open a business in the real world. I think it was the right choice. because you have 2 choices when one of them fails.

Its good to invest btc at profitable sites like in ccex trading because high profits awaits you there and all you need is the skills and always see to it that you may gain proper understanding so that you may avoid losing your invested btc like of altcoin tradings. The best thing you can invest in and nobody thinks about is yourself. Buy a book, do a course ask someone to show you how something works. It does not even have to be about Bitcoin. With a new skill you can earn more then any investment. But do not do something you like or at least this should not be a priority. What is safe will only offer you a small income, the bigger the risk you take when it succeed the better the return you will get. In investing on ICO's you should really pick the ICO you are investing you should see the future plans of the dev and dont invest in a FAKE ICO, Investigate first before you invest on an ICO.

I will suggest you to invest in ICO , that means new services of altcoin , this may give some profit , but stil investment in ICO is like a cloudmining scheme .

Litecoin's price has been low for quite a while and unless something big happens to it there probably won't be any big price rises or a future to the coin. Scrypt is also being bombarded with ASICs, if you're investing I'd suggest you stay away from coins with too many ASICs on them- there are always exceptions like Dash, of course.

Trading its the more easy and safe way to invest bitcoin if you does wanna to get more bitcoin, it has a risk, and since the recent grow of bitcoin the most altcoins just lost some value, soo maybe be its a good time to invest into them while they recover for the loss they had.

thanks for input, Bitcoin about to hit $1000 as we speak due to articles out this morning from coindesk etc. Was doing some research on Monero it was the biggest gainer of the year and in a top five spot now. 2000% gainer

Trading is tricky so yes, not everyone can get success into that and only the ones with knowledge and experience can get their hands wet there, and casino bankrolls can also turn wrong in some cases, i heard someone saying he lost some money by investing in a bankroll because the casino went into -ve in that period of time maybe, i don't know.

If you just hold your Bitcoins, you can probably make profit off of the gain in price. That may be less risky than putting money into some kind of Bitcoin investment.

From my point of view, Bitcoin itself can already be considered as a good investment. Many experts already refer to Bitcoin as the best asset of the last year (2016), and this is certainly true, because I don't remember another investment with the same potential and acceptable level of risk.
In fact, there are some altcoins that managed to climb much more in value, but the risk by investing in such altcoins was much higher, in my opinion.

Well i think it is not risky if you are not believing in the price increase you can get the price benefits for now i was same to you when the price is 700 usd  last december.. but i am wrong to say that its risky to buy in that time.. now i realized that it is always good to buy bitcoins because the price is unpredictable and i think the price will increase more because more companies and people are using bitcoin. .

That is because we do not see the future, when some profit with the price, others also regretted now not to buy. I am it's not over yet, we can still make profit as the price seems to continue to rise.
