Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Trying to contact a business through a message board when they're not responding to emails seems strange.  Do they have a phone number?  Mailing address?

It's not like you're not really well advised when you register for an account. You even have to check a box saying you agree you'll have limitations on where you can post while you're a newbie, so it's hard to understand someone can miss it.

Hello,

Nice to meet everyone. Maybe I offer a suggestion?

It would be a great idea to put a nice big banner/alert/info notice for brand new members, informing them of the tecnical side of the process of becomming allowed to post. It was difficult to figure out what was going on. I registered, found myself given access to the forum, but seemingly without the ability to use it. It was a challenge to figure out that there was a thread hidden down here in this sub forum that explained the whole process.

(I actually had to head to IRC just to ask what was up).

Anyway, nice to meet everyone!

Cheers

I guess it makes sense, but frustrating for people who have lurked and just made an account in order to ask a question... Oh well..

Hi,
I'm a newbie here (stating the obvious) and I'm glad that the restrictions are reasonable.
Every good site has newbie restrictions, so if that's the price to pay, so be it.

Glad to find some like00minded people here going by some of the posts I've read.

It was mentioned on the registration page and you had to mark a checkbox saying you understood those rules.
If you didn't see it there I don't think you would see it on the first page.

Hi, I'm a newb and I just signed up to post to the cigs.eu thread... thought I should warn anyone thinking about purchasing from them that they refuse to honour a stated '100% moneyback guarantee' published on the front page of their site.

Not only that, their 'support' ignored my emails for a month then replied to one of my most recent with a threat to try to prosecute me for 'friendly fraud' and screw up my credit rating/relationship with my bank (their words) if I sought a refund!

I believe a representative of their company is still hocking his wares on his site. So. Would be nice to hear his take.
