PayPal is not a scam, you have issues with them and just because of that they put some ban on your account. Others are using it without any problems.
PayPal is company and their services are used by many people, it's same with other big companies, there is always someone to complain for something. Nothing can work perfectly good for everyone apparently. Today there are critics for anything, I think OP will solve his problem soon if he didn't do anything wrong.

Paypal sometimes benefit the wrong person, but they judge it with their legal departament, so if you lost a dispute or appeal there then move on to another payment service there are many to choose from even I've lost many dispute there.

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts.
Paypal is not scam and I think the reason for that is one cannot be totally good and also cannot be totally bad as they still have some advantage over Bitcoin in the sense that they a support board that regulate activities and can attend to issues you have in respect of fraud and the likes and  that has been a plus on their part. On the otherhand, I think the problem actually starts by not reading in details the terms and conditions or the rules governing the use of the service therefore you break a rule unknowingly and the rule is the rule for a sites with large amount of user then they are quickly to let you go if you so wish. So its not a scam but the rules are just too rigid for quite a number of people.

Severa people does complains about bitcoins restrictions, bans and funds frozen, i doubt they had scammed someone, they have the dispute to fix and end the problem, they judge this with the law, soo even if looks unfair they do this since they are live. Bitcoin its connected to the honest and reliables projects, since the begining they dont allow any website to use them.

the majority of the frozen funds happens when paypal thinks that they have acquired the funds through illegal activity and how they are going to find that out is a matter of dispute ,paypal is a legit company and a reputable one,but they have their flaws and the customer care sucks when you have a dispute with someone regarding the funds

Nah indeed PayPal is no scam, they have proven themselves over the year, they are just sometimes very annoying but nothing more than that.
I really think that PayPal is a okay pay method..

If they are a scam they should not be existing anymore, I do not understand why people calling Paypal a scam when most of the users are using their services and get the benefits out of it, surely paypal is a big company and in the line of business they have, trust is very important.

Well, a lot sites depend on people paying with PayPal for a major share of their total revenue. So yes, these sites will in fact notice it when PayPal vanishes from earth. It will hurt them in their revenue.

i doubt that these sites are going to be hurt because when paypal vanishes from the face of the earth it means that something has replaces it something good like bitcoin and they can swith to the new payment system super easily and with minimum effort.

Not at all, PayPal is a good pay method and its no scam at all, I use them pretty often and I trust them with all my heart..
the only problem is that sometimes they're just too strict and always make make their users look suspicious for every transaction the users had made even it's for the security and avoid fraud,it's just went too far

after bitcoin it is a better way to exchange money for one country to another but paypal is not a scam because it is trusted but some features like reverse of money and deduction of account maintenance charge from Bank money joined with it are making it as a scam thing . but all these are not scam these are trusted things and safe to use if you are dealing with trusted person .

If they can adapt and add things like bitcoin they could still survive.  Currently bitcoin needs a way for customs to have some power over what to do if they buy something and there are errors, or the way trade happens need to change slightly.

The Paypal is quite trustable if you do not use it to get paid from the scammers. But it is difficult to identify a scammer.

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts.
after bitcoin it is a better way to exchange money for one country to another but paypal is not a scam because it is trusted but some features like reverse of money and deduction of account maintenance charge from Bank money joined with it are making it as a scam thing . but all these are not scam these are trusted things and safe to use if you are dealing with trusted person .

The Paypal is quite trustable if you do not use it to get paid from the scammers. But it is difficult to identify a scammer.
Paypal still have not changed their system or at least some unfavorable features like the reversable transactions, that can explain why Bitcoin users are increasing steadly, and why the new comers to work on the internet tend to use Bitcoin more than Paypal.

Definitely paypal is not scam, but as i observe its possible that scammers would rather use paypal to scam to online buyers. We should be more wise in purchasing online as well as using paypal as mode of payment.

No.. Paypal is definitely not a scam. It's a very big corporation which I doubt that they won't do anything that is illegal. It's their reputation will be on the line if they would do such scam because paypal uses by millions of people all around the world and it will be a big lost for them if that happens.

Well that is certainly true. If paypal fraud then can be sure his reputation will go down, and those who feel deceived by paypal will get huge advantages if they reported the incident to the paypal company. So, chances are that we are experiencing an error or in violation of the procedure that has been set by paypal. so this is not a scam
