actually you need to be approved by paypal first when you are requesting charge back in order to avoid any fraudulent chargeback but unfortunately paypal just can be easily tricked by smart ass scammers so it's just end up not better than worse

No system can ever be perfect and that of course includes PayPal but in a lot of cases you can minimize risks. First thing before you even start using PayPal, it's a good idea to read and understand their terms and conditions, something that most people never do. Once you know how they work, it will be easier for you to follow good safe practices when trading.

I really miss seeing the "Change the world" ambition the old owners used to have, they used to talk about how PayPal is revolutionary in how it can protect poorer users being exploited by their government through inflation and such.

Actually these are the people who claim paypal as scam who have got freezed their money in paypal account. It is the rule of paypal that they do not give back those money whose account is freezed. They feel it as beneficial for anti money laundering policy but people do not like it.

Practically, every service has problems or every thing will face some problems in some of the things involved with them, even in bitcoin now a days a lot of people are facing confirmation problems but just because of a few problems we cannot call the service a scam.

There are some transactions they get disputed between seller and buyer, usually paypal follow the law and refund accordingly those, but there are some bad people using and abusing those system, damaging others with paypal rules. Paypal has and its a trusted companie that co-works with in the general only trusted websites, you dont see hyip with paypal, if you see such be sure its a scam attempt nothing else.

Paypal is definitely not a scam, it's just that they have a strict rules and regulation. I suggest that when applying/entering for something especially when it's money related , We should read it's terms and condition and other important info's .

But it is a fact that paypal has a poor service. I guess that since it's too popular and widely used, They can't accommodate all their customers.

Thats right paypal is one of the major digital payment company/service across the world.they were widely used and even now majority of digital payment are done by PayPal in US.after they have introduced refund back policy ,it made their service poor and less used by users.

I have had an issue with Paypal and while I was trying to look for a solution on the internet, I came across this website (https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/paypal_02.html) where everybody is complaining about Paypal. Most of the complains were actually similar to the one that I have. I thought Paypal is a credible company but now I have started feeling worried about my funds stuck in the accounts.

I bet Paypal is exactly what is written on their fine print page you confirmed when you signed in. If you didn't read it, then you might think you got scammed. Or you got scammed in school where they convince you can read but you really cant.

Those terms and conditions are written generally in very small letters and taking several pages if not more. Nobody ever reads them, me neither. That's why the only way to minimize the chances to be scammed is relying on established companies with very good reputation and PayPal with its 188 million users is definitely one of them.

I have been using paypal since last 8 years and I never had any issue with them. I agree that paypal is stricter in KYC because they work in conjugation with the local government. So they have to maintain all these.

So if you have your KYC done and transacting within the prescribed limit, there should be no problem with paypal ever. My account is a verified account and I have been transacting with them smoothly since last 8 years and never had any issue till date. Just remember, paypal is not a place to transfer your black money and even if you do, do it in smaller amounts.

These were very rare incidents, most users here have quoted that they have been with paypal for a long time. Till now haven't encountered any such issues to report it as a scam. As a company which has got worldwide users never make mistakes to get a negative or bad impression over its users as well new comers. Everywhere human error happens, same is here which needs some time to get resolved.

The meaning of black money you mean, money taken or got from some dark business, but paypal will ask where the money is come, the paid to click had several issues till they allow and grow the volume into circulation, i doubt the dar money its possible to clean for a long period.

I also do not believe that to be a scam paypal. to my knowledge, paypal payment processor is the most reliable on the internet, besides paypal also has a security system that is greater than any other payment processor. so I feel that paypal does not may be a scam. maybe you do a little mistake about it

They are just halving some problem about paypal  like other said they are scam in buying bitcoin and charge back from paypal..
Or no refund policy in what you are buying.. paypal is just like arbitrage or escrow that giving buyers and sellers protection.. its just a payment processor.. our accounts is our own security how matter you protect your account it depends on you..
