Paypal is a trustable company, I am using them for many years and I have not any problem to transferring my money into my bank accounts. Normally I receive always my fund on time in only 2 business days.

Please put in your mind that most of the people who uses paypal are probably people with a local credit card(they can not use it abroad) who wants to buy items on eBay, they can not buy directly with their card so they are simply processing the payment through PayPal.
Some people's only choice to pay on eBay is PayPal, and that is where their money comes from./

I am also trusting paypal until one day i was about to cash out my earnings but it wss in freeze! I am reaching thier costumer sevice and ehen i reach them, they are asking for so many documents including my id, birth certificate, income tax return that i dont really understand. After providing all the necessary documents they told me that they found malicious action in my account, what the! That is my first time to withdraw so what malicious action they are talking about?

Basically, all the information on the internet is not completely safe. But paypal manages to promote gmail as the safest mailbox pumping situation with other mailboxes. I do not understand why this is happening. Is there any interest in it.

Many peoples calling this scam just because of buying account which are never been good idea because Paypal can freeze this account any time without any explanation as any person lost his money then he call this scam if you are doing all as rules its never been scam

I think I've been following their rules, but my account been hacked by someone, fortunately I do not use credit cards and do not have a lot of money in my paypal account

Paypal has many clients and many are complaining, they should add more people in their support system to answer all the queries and problems their customer are complaining about. Though freezing the fund is part of the security features but they should also find some means or change their protection policy instead of freezing the funds which is troublesome for us users.

PayPal is a trusted service but many costumers means very much complaints and problems to resolve.
It's so disturbing get your funds were freezed instead of getting an advance notice, I agree they should improve theirs protection policy and customer service. But PayPal is never been a scam as long as I know if we follow their rules correctly and be cautious.
