Is Paypal a scam?

we can not say that Payapl is scam because there many people are using paypal for online shopping or online payment system but i also never use paypal because payapal have too much high fees and paypal is not available in every country its available in some country.

A few weeks back, they locked out my account. The credit card which I had used for verification got expired, and they asked me for a fresh one. I didn't wanted to give the details of my new card, and in the end I lost access to my account. Anyway, I don't use Paypal too often these days. So I have decided to stop using my account.

I also have a paypal account that is in the lock by the paypal, and it makes me disappointed. maybe paypal is not a scam, but the regulations that exist in making people become anxious to use it. especially if the money you save is limited, or your account is in the lock, I guess it could make people think that paypal is a scam

If they lock your account and the funds in it without any issue then they are really scamming the people because they know that these are their money if they cannot provide their service to anyone then they have to return them their money and after that they have to lock their paypal account.

Yes, PayPal not scam at all, they just have very strict verification and security process, also with their payment processor itself. I also believe that all these troubles are only temporary. And there was some kind of glitch in the program. This is a very serious payment system, not scammers

yeah their policies are somewhat troubling to users like I remember I had a payment coming from adworkmedia and they blocked it saying they need some proofs and verification of the payment and it was quite strange to me really.

And their reversible nature of payments suits to scammers and people like us who are honest, demand non reversible payments promote bitcoins and alt coins.

Their regulations are just to strict, that's why many people complain about their services since sometimes it can be very annoying. Their strict regulations are what brought the problems, complaints their users have for their service, not because they are a scam. yes its true but as long as we follow their rule, i think our account is safe too because i have my account is not problem until now and i can still using it to send and receive money with paypal. and i am agree that paypal have strict regulations and i think its because paypal wants to give secure and safety for their member so they do it with different way than the other payment processor. but if you don't want to use paypal, then you can stick with bitcoin and you don't have to worried about your account.

This is true paypal are used in big companies for merchants or to support their companies for financial assistant why companies are going to trust of there tones of money if paypal are scam? Also most of online shop are using paypal method . And also those costumers who continuesly use paypal.

Well if paypal having the same bad sevices as ebay then it does make sense because paypal was actually required by ebay few years back in 2002. And i know right if paypal are becoming very strict because there's just too much fraud transaction happening and they're trying to resolve these problems. while they're trying to resolving or protecting their client there must be someone who feel unpleased and it's normal

Nothing to talk about the bad things regarding paypal. All financial transactions system without problem and can only think of those who benefit from this situation on fraud charges.

Paypal is not a scam,but the fact  is only few are using it right now others switched to bitcoin for fast and easy transaction. They dont like paypal because of its buyer protection once its limited ,you must submit papers to identify that youre the real owner of that paypal account.

i agree with you that Paypal is not scam and paypal users was very high for online transaction buy now a lot of people using bitcoin and bitcoin getting too much popularity and a huge number of people using bitcoin for online shopping because bitcoin is very useful and profitable currency and acceptable in anywhere for online shopping.

if there's no major problem regarding to the payment system which is led by paypal then why so many crypto seller there don't want to make a transaction with buyer who uses paypal? and not only crypto seller but sometimes i just found majority of individual sellers which selling online stuff don't really want to accept it. the main problem is chargeback. i guess it's really a problema and saying no major problem is not so true

Why are people so wary bitcoin accept paypal? I use this system for various transfers and other currencies, but there is no use bitcoin. Any questions about trust.
