Is Paypal a scam?

Some of the people who have money took back by Paypal have violated their accounts or are otherwise engaged in illegal activities. I have used PayPal for 1 year and it's not bad, after I've used it to purchase my products I can always be guaranteed that I can return them, after they came broken or in a bad condition

So I have a sufficiently long time use paypal and never had any issues and problems, and all the things that they are trying to tell the negative, is nothing but a fairy tale.

Well initially I was using PayPal for all my online transactions and I thought that they were becoming very slow and there are some of my friends who got their hacked, so I thought why not change to bitcoin, since it is fast easy and can’t be hacked, I was right for a while until now, when the transactions are becoming slower and there are private keys leaking, it is the same situation all over again.

What do you mean by private keys leaking? Do you mean a hacker has been leaking the private keys of users in a massive way? Because that does not seems possible, or do you man a hacker got access to your personal keys? Because that is a risk not only in bitcoin but in anything that uses password or some form of protection of your data.

It is definitely a reliable service, but some of there actions are too much problematic. The fees are still acceptable but the sudden freeze of funds, not letting to withdraw are some major issues faced by me.  But if this issues are away, then it is quiet easy for me to transact.

That's right, but to prove that you're innocent it really takes a long time, they will not reply your response within a minute instead more than an hour. Probably it's not going to be a problem for you if you're not in urgent of needing the money but it's such a disaster if you're currently facing that situation.
And yeah, I know that it's for the sake of their customer's safety but still, just don't make things get more complicated as it should be.

Actually there are countries that are trying to regulate it. But still volumes of transactions that are coming online to PayPal. And what's with accusation against PayPal? I haven't saw that they are playing shady in the market, they always been good when it comes to transaction but those people are using it's feature of chargeback and other things for taking advantage the another party.

I try for yourself to draw conclusions and decide on what payment systems can be dealt with and always come across a lot of negativity in relation to each. Even now, on the same paypal. Who can bring the real facts, if any, and the only sound conversations.

It depends on your activity if you do not use too much your paypal account or you do not pay or receive funds on daily basis or bulk transactions then there is no any worry for the account to be freeze but if you will use much more then they will inquire your account and there will be a chance to get frozen.

I don't use paypal more often but i think the thing that makes paypal a scam is those persons who take advantage of paypal's chargeback to take their money back and scam people but in conclusion i don't think paypal is scam because if they do then no one will use it.

You're right, it is a large amount of paypal user says a lot, including a system reliability. Maybe some of the problems, and sometimes they happen possibly linked to user errors, which allow any mistakes then.

PayPal the most famous and known by people payment system. They have online chat support and phone number to contact with them. A lot of people can buy through Paypal on a different site like ebay, amazon, online shops which includes PayPal as a payment system. Indeed they are working so long on this market but if you get in trouble with purchasing or sending your funds they always can support you

because it is probably a bad person won a court when you get a buyer evil in paypal, Some of the facilities could endanger PayPal for sellers and buyers. so beware These events often occur on ebay

Its not a scam but just because of using fiat it lacks flexibility and is expensive. 3.4% + 20p to get paid for a product as a business for me, thats probably twice as high as i would like.

Paypal is not a scam. I think Paypal is the most known payment mode online. Why? Because it's accepted worldwide as a mode of payment in many online shops. Paypal have a feature of frozen your account and Cashback to prevent any kind of scams.

there are countries where PayPal is not willing to open in that country probably because of the blacklist. but I think paypal is not a scam

paypal is actually not scamming nor a scam site,when a service is just popular and getting used by so many people,i'm sure their quality will be lowering and so many problem will occur either major or minor problem to their clients,they can't take care of their clients and can't pleasing all of their clients so it will result so many complain

I don't think they do freezes all the accounts without enough reasons,if something like that happen ask their support but guidance and help.As far as i know when a company did those things the reason behind it,is that too many clients are using their service and when it comes to the point that it becomes overpopulated or crowded its really hard to handle and monitor the actions taken by the people or clients.This may be the reason why it freezes sometimes.I have so many friends who are using Paypal,and I didn't hear complains from them and their transactions went smoothly also.Just ask the support if you encounter problems or cases like that.Hope this would help you

I don't know where you live but is worldwide known that paypal service is not a scam and at sure is more buyer's friendly than any crypto currency including bitcoin. All they understand that bitcoin payments are irreversible which could be a hassle if you buy something from a fraudster seller. Moreover, some times in the past I was willing to use my bitcoins to buy a good or service but for many companies it's not an accepted payment. For example have you ever tried to buy (online) playstation plus without your credit card or a paypal account?

Paypal isn't a scam. I speak from own experience and i have never had any issues with making transactions to someone else.
The only issues I have had with Paypal are the high fees for a transaction.

I do agree with this I did many transactions with PayPal from buying from online shops. And there's no problem that I did experienced from it everything went smoothly. People are just the ones who are making some bad ideas and using this payment processor as a medium of their shady activities with their victims.

Giving your paypal email means they have it and can use it for their own scams. They're not going to buy anything or arrange payment or shipping. All they want is the email address. ... One scenario is the scammer will send an email from a spoofed (phony) PayPal address that states money has been sent to your account.

If PayPal really was just a scam then it would not be one of the biggest payment gateways (if not the biggest) in the world. Clearly whoever you heard from must have been doing something sketchy on their accounts. I have used PayPal for many years and have not had any problems with my account that could not be fixed with a simple customer support email (minor stuff).
