well at the end of the day are the coins that matter. Here goes my short test:
miningpoolhub: begin --> sep 19 11:28:44 CEST 2017 --> 0 zcoin end --> sep 21 13:57:33 CEST 2017 --> 0.47537101 zcoin ** Average: 0.2635 Zcoin/day
Suprnova: Begin --> sep 21 13:55:53 CEST 2017 --> 0 zcoin Current -> sep 23 17:28:20 CEST 2017 --> 0.59912859 zcoin ** Average: 0.279 Zcoin/ day
Conclusion (what I suspected): Suprnova looks better. This is true specially taking into account (i) the larger granularity at suprnova and (ii) how the test in suprnova has been done after MPH with larger global HR. Ideally, one should run in suprnova much, much longer to do a more accurate average due to the lower share of this pool, but I think results point to suprnova as a better option in spite of the issues commented these days.
How is the total network hashrate and overall difficulty factored in here? In the past few days it has seen a major change, almost doubled at one point. By the look of it, Suprnova is rewarding you way much better than MPH based on the difficulty increase in the past day. Seems a bit unrealistic.

I posted a comment in MPH thread complaining about the huge mismatch between them and ccminer. On the other hand, suprnova is not very good either in that regard, but it is not reporting a consistent hashrate below my miner as MPH does. Edit: the different between block finding is so large between both pools that as I commented before to make a more reliable comparsion I should run suprnova for quite a lot of days to average fluctuations. But those are the date I've got so far and I report them.

looks like suprnova is having some problems right now with reporting mining info, dont feel very confident about my coins being there, and coins mined during this period. same thing happened when monero went to 120$ back in august
I don't know what to do. 1. Last block found on suprnova: 09/22/2017 09:48:04 that means my, at least, last day of mining has been useless. 2. Discrepancies in MPH between reported hashrate are miner hashrate are too large to ignore. Anyone can advise a reliable pool for Zcoin?. I noticed the same issue and switched to https://zcoin.miningpoolhub.com/ It's is the biggest ZCoin mining pool. Pity the pool choice is quite limited. Mabe someone should set up a new pool. I had the pool up for this coin but never enough miners. Miners are a fickle bunch and not much chance getting them to switch.

Is xzc.suprnova.cc dead? I just see this message : Available Pools: http://pool.mn/xzchttp://xzc.maxminers.net/These pools are also dead. I think the only option we have at the moment is MPH. Am I right? I also see xzc-apac.suprnova.cc & xzc-cn.suprnova.cc on xzc.suprnova.cc Should I connect these or should I continue with MPH? Best wishes,

Are there any signatures one could use to promote XZC? I see these fancy ones for Ark and others. Would be nice to have it, just for the sake of it.
Btw, when will the new blogpost be released?

Accumulating enough to buy a masternode. I need that passive income, missed too many opportunities to buy Masternodes at a cheap price and won't miss this one.
x15 by the end 2018.

I am thinking about that too. Running a small server on a $100 INTEL NUC minipc or something like that. Anybody has tutorials? (unless we can run that on a mac mini?)

best thing I like about this coin is that you don't need to trust the trusted setup. this is ingenious!

We still don't know yet. Only thing we know is Znodes should take 5-6 to be implemented (I would personally expect 2 months) and that they will be in the low thousands/ high hundreds range, all of this according to the latest update on Youtube, which can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BkTWTDKVIQo

Hi all,
anyone out there with issue "stuck at block 53150" after migrating to zcoin0.13?
Debian 9 zcoin0.13 tar.gz
wiped .zcoin dir exept wallet, zcoin.conf, a readme doc file build new blockchain in about 2 hour up to block 53149
restarted with zoin-qt -reindex -> same result moved back to zcoin0.8 with old blockchain -> all fine
snipplet from debug.log:

It seems to be a good coin. I plan to buy some in few days in order to hold. I just hope the price will come back to ~0.0020 BTC

Seems to be an issue with connectivity with old and new peers. Usually I just sync it up with znode.io and reload it and make sure i delete peers.dat and you will be up to date. Hopefully those bad nodes will go offline
