Did you overclock that card? Why is your card's GPU temp so high despite of the 100% fan speed?

Maybe the environment temperature is too high.

XMR is the best mining option right now. 686 h/s on my Rx 480  1235/2145 

700-710 h/s on Rx 480 nitro stock ,temp 60 , fan 40%

770 h/s on Radeon RX480 8G

Do you get any low difficulty rejects? I get about 5% rejects when I ramp up core at 1270 and mem 2100 (strap 1750) leading to ~770h/s
What are your settings?

god damn son 90c and 100%fan speed is only going to have one possible outcome.  GPU death.  incorrect data is probably due to not only thermal throttling, but thermal shutdown.  i wonder what the vrm temps are.

Well , seems the rig is near fire place . This temp could lead to GPU trottling and due to instabilty of clocks - incorrect data ( all my previous issues like that was about clocks and intesity).

yes, core clock 1050 and memory clock 1250 (HD 7950 SAPPHIRE). Because the ambient temperature is 30 degrees celsius.
