Anybody trying GPUCoin with scrypt:N? I am getting all bad hashes for some reason. Hmm.

cudaminer.exe --algo=scrypt:N -H 2 -i 1 -m 1 -l T10x24 -o stratum+tcp://east1.us.stratum.dedicatedpool.com:3367

Going through fine, at hashfever as well.

cudaminer32_2_28.exe --algo=scrypt:2048 -o stratum+tcp://gpu.hashfever.com:3262 -u user -p pass -d 2 -l T10x24 -H 2 -i 0 -m 1 -s 1
Thanks a lot. scrypt:2048 works.

Edit: You guys get about half the hash versus regular scrypt right?

Any progress or updates on the riser issue?

my 10 risers have arrived. That's progress I guess.

That would be awesome to get the same performance on 1x as on 16x Smiley Thanks alot for all the effort you put into this project!

This 100x over, you're one of the best developers by far that I've seen in the bitcoin "industry". Thanks again for all your hard work Christian!

Disregard... i missed where you're talking about Scrypt-n

Thanks!

And you running the latest Nvidia drivers? 334.89? and your memory usage would be helpful...
2317MB memory usage (I know, it's not the max, not sure why)
Driver 331.39 appearantly

I tried to download those same drivers, but couldn't find them. So I tried the ones that came before it and after it, but was getting the same or worse results.

About the memory, think you're getting less? I max at 1100mb. Something is up with either the optimization of the drivers, the OS, or something else, just can't figure it out.

Damn. My cudaminers keep blowing up on T5x24 on my 750tis. They can mine scrypt at T5x24 endlessly, but not this GPUCoin.

The best I could do was:

 cudaminer.exe --algo=scrypt:2048 -H 2 -d 0 -C 2 -i 0 -m 0 -l T64x2

If you do -H 1, you could get 5-10kh/s more. It helped 3/5 of my 780's.

i'd love to see a few lines of static text in the cmd (like cgminer for example). So, each card should be listed with temp, last khash, valid/invalid shares etc. is this maybe possible? that way you would have a short overview of your gpu's.

I'm not familiar with cgminer's output, but I gave Christian the beginnings of a patch to enable cudaminer to print GPU temps, fan speed, and power consumption data as reported by the NVIDIA drivers.  Not all GPUs are capable of reporting all of those measurements, but all recent GPUs will report temperature and fan speed.  Here's an example log from my patched version of cudaminer.  I'm sure that it can be improved a lot beyond the code I sent Christian, but this is at least a starting point:

That would be awesome.. I love that about cgminer.. A runtime would be nice also and even the Pools URL (as it gets hard to keep track with multiple instances running) at the top..
