On hold orders with Canaan means you've selected manual payment aka BTC payment. To expedite your order, click on the order hyperlink, and create a ticket (towards the bottom of the order page) requesting for BTC payment address. You will get a response eventually.

Yes  we sent a batch to HK  and  hopefully it was enough.

However, we got hundreds orders in about 10 minutes.

Yeah  well last time you skipped my Aug 6th order for later orders.  Sold the gear out from under me.  Billed me  14 days after I ordered due to the sell out.  Lily promised me a discount for free shipping due to the delay as my order was  714+50 = 764.

When the btc bill came it was for 774 not 714.  I paid it  as I was tired of dealing with  you and now it is delayed in Japan Due weds the 30th.  Most likely will not arrive until sept 5th due to Labor day weekend.  

So I lose 20 days of mining because you skipped over my order.  thats close to 200 bucks.
I don't get the 50 dollar discount  brings me to 250  in the hole on my aug 6 th order.

Still waiting for it to leave Japan.

Still because you made some effort to be helpful  I ordered last night  lets see how long that one takes.

Although you could do it now  and skip over all the orders ahead of me  to make up for the last order where you admitted you skipped over my order and sold out from under me.

my lastest order was Order #90334 was placed on August 31, 2017

just the one  as I simply can no longer bring myself to do larger orders for any asics anymore.

even though I have ordered more then 100,000 usd in asic gear since mining began from these seller/builders

Why is it stuck in Japan? Did Canaan do something to cause it? Could the Missile flying over japans head from north korea maybe be a reason for them to put a hold on foreign goods?

Man it would suck to get miners and not be able to run them. But i guess that goes back to spec sheets and people understanding and reading them, then taking a look at their own breakers to see what they can do. Just the A7 on a USA circuit is 10 amps!!!

for me when i get 3 miners or more im going to build a special mini room for my servers and asics with special ducts and its own circuit panel installed (yay for being a construction worker for years)

For me it looks like they are extremely overwhelmed with the situation and we only accept this, because no other seller is available right now.. i just hope Bitmain will sell its S9 soon

To get the Payment Information ist not the only Problem i guess..

i bought the avalon 741 few months ago via wire transfer and very happy with the product.

i  ordered a few more on the 31st and now waiting for payment confirmation... but have not heard anything, i know they are under resoucred.

Are you saying they will only do BTC transfers from now on ?? wtf ?

Why won't they accept wire transfers anymore ?

Yea same here, i put it in the notes and sent a separate ticket right after. Im assuming to see who actually wants to buy one and understands that its BTC and not any other way in order to get a better understanding of orders v.s. stock

I ordered 2 miners and 1 controller on July 17, 2017, (at this time stock was avaiable), Paid via bank the order on the next day.
After 2 days I got a confirmation by Jasmine via a support ticket which I started.
So long so good.
I was told to wait till the money is on their bank balance.
Week after Week more and more excuses.
The money is since this time on their bank account, but they keep me waiting for sending me my paid products.
Support Ticket is since 2 weeks not answered.

I thought this company is legit and trustfull, I just wanted to do a test order on them with 2 miners, to replace my existing s7. Unfortunely they are not interested into that.
Actually there are 100 S7 miners which I want to replace.

Origin order was #62979
unresponded support ticket since two weeks #63296

I just dont know what to do, they have my money. I can't get it in my bank account back...

Any advises? Twitter and FB also not responding..

I would not be complaining as much if they gave me the promised discount of 50 for shipping.
But the intentional passing of my order  to fill a bigger order thus causing the 14 dal delay then the lie about an extra free shipping discount.
And now the FedEx shipping delay.  Is a pretty good fuckup.


The shipping delay  is a Fedex issue  due to Hurricane Harvey.

The gear is now in TENNESSEE

I take it that using FedEx International Economy for a package is rather like a person flying standby. Cheap *if* space is available on flights otherwise the package gets to hang around the airport for a while... In this case 2 days in Taiwan, 2 days in Japan.

I think soon the things will get better. After all, there is NO COMPANY IN THE WORLD that likes disappointed customers. They definitely will take some measures to improve the customer service.

I am also waiting to receive the BTC addres, but I understand the bad situation they are into.
I've made order(#75834) of 2 miners + 1 controller on 13.08, when they still had everything in stock. I opened a ticket to receive the BTC address and while waiting to receive it they run out of stock. They asked me if I am still interested in buying and do I want to be informed when the new batch is availabel, so I could "preorder" before the main sell starts. I asked that I'm still interested and asked my order to be updated to 4 miners + 1 controller. My order was updated just like I wanted. And on 25.08(friday afternoon in my country) I finally received the BTC payment address, that was valid just for 2 days.

BUT, I had no bitcoins available, because the bitcoin price was changing so fast and I could lose a lot of money. I had account in bitcoin exchange, but there was no way I could make a bank wire transfer to the exchange site the same day. I've ordered it, but it was confirmed the late afternoon in this monday - 28.08, when the BTC payment address was already not valid So now I'm just waiting with the guys from the last batch orders for updated BTC payment address.

But there is something more important I wanted to mention. If my order from the middle of the month is with number about 75000 and the last orders from the new batch are with numbers about 91000, this means that for 15 days thay had more than 15 000 orders. This is like more than 1000 orders every single day. And we have only Lily and Jasmine to deal with them, and Steve for the more complicated cases. So let's be a bit more patient!
