Could people please include their order # and order date when reporting a delivered Avalon... It would be a great help to others.
the order date is all the same. These are batch 2. Completely incorrect. Batch 2 was sold over a number of days.... hence i was asking if people could clarify what date they ordered and what is/was their order number.

No need to open tickets to increase the workload A lot of Feb2 orders have not been shipped out, neither have the trade-in orders. Feb18 will ship after that...

Yes, as somebody who had Feb2 units on order that were no delivered yet last week, it sucked to read about that. But it seems they have now caught up with the open tickets and I got my Feb2 units correctly shipped. More Feb2 units are still waiting, so don't expect your Feb18 orders to ship out before some other hot topics like trade-ins are dealt with PS: I have also a Feb18 order that is not delivered so I'm in the same boat as you. Just don't open any new tickets if your order is listed correctly in the ordering site, they will get to it. If you have stale tickets, close them so they can focus on the important stuff

Sure, if you are implying I am suffering from the Stockholm Syndrome, but what do you want to do to solve your issue? Start to kick and scream and hope it will have any positive affects? Or work with them to make this a smooth operation and hope they start to suffer from the Lima Syndrome? I just want to have this over with, so we can move onto the Batch #3 and chip shipments :-)

I guess you have not moved onto the "acceptance phase" So you feel very lucky that they did not say: Hey, guys, as China have an earthquake at Sichuan Yaan. All our facility and material have been destroyed. Nothing ship to you! Because you don't know where they are and any excuse is acceptable. Did they say the tread-in machine will be high priority than normal batch#2 machine? What's the reality happened? Is this fact against your "acceptance phase"?

You really need to read up on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K%C3%BCbler-Ross_model and check in which stage you are stuck
