I will try to clear up some things and confirm others. and no I don't expect this will stop the digging I think there is no longer any doubt that Me (Sam Cole) and (Andreas Kennemar) are not a fake company. The company details (for free) and even our financial reports are available from the Swedish government (contact them don't accept our word for it) http://bolagsverket.se/I would like to say thank you for helping me identify the spelling mistake on my page. (I have now corrected it) Yes it was me who used to live in Switzerland. We did contact the Russian based software development company, here is their English software page http://www.advantshop.com/Its good software and we like it. Yes the question still remains about what we will actually offer and I understand that.

Mr. Cole, a few pages ago you said: A better option for us might be to pay the cost of 5 flights and 5 hotels, to 5 forum members and bring you all over to Stockholm Sweden. Have a look at our devices. You can then pay in person for the device which you would be able to take home with you. I offered myself to do check personally. You should already have a working prototype if you're about to open the preorders on your web. So - when would you like to invite at least 5 Hero Members of these forums to check your hardware? Everything else is just useless chatter.

Ok let me clarify the following: "We have a site called www.hitta.se you will find us both on there," There is a Swedish site called hitta.se (we don’t own it), but you can search for our company name. Best regards Andreas

Best regards Andreas I'm not trying to be an ass here, but do you now see how important it is for an English speaking person like yourself to pen as clearly as possible? I swear I read that text no less than six times believing you own said site. I now clearly see how I could have been mistaken. Do you also see how easily you can put a stop to this madness by simply supplying proof? How hard is it to have a picture taken of you and your partner standing next to each other? I see that I quoted Andreas, whereas a little earlier it was Sam Cole replying with that account.

Someone knows company capital of constitution? Company profit results of 2012? It's not difficult to do an ASIC the only problem is money. For example, designers and builders of ASICMINER devices are europeans. If I remember, Germany and Denmark. No money, no asic. Seems residential, https://maps.google.es/maps?ie=UTF8&cid=15317096672133005120&q=Kennemar+%26+Cole+AB&iwloc=A&gl=ES&hl=esNo problem if more money exists (inversors). Pre-orders with no more money, could not be viable, like a scam.

Kennemar and Cole AB was founded early 2012, they have yet to submit the results for 2012. To start an AB (Aktiebolag - limited company or corporation) in Sweden, you theoretically need 50 000 SEK (7 800 USD) as startup capital, but there are ways around that.

Guys, it's still relatively early days for these guys - and they are not accepting money or bitcoins yet. So lets give them a little space before deciding they are or are not a scam.
If they go ahead and start taking BTC before providing proper proof of their working product or something then we can go ahead and declare them a scam. Until then, we are waiting on more info. Lets see what they come up with, it's not time to start sharpening the pitchforks yet.
I for one am cautiously optimistic, we desperately need ASIC competition and these guys have a fairly reasonable story. They are using professional hardware development companies - which is a good sign IMO. I would bet that a bitcoin miner is actually a really simple device compared to many ASIC implementations, so for a company experienced in ASIC design they might be able to churn out a miner chip design with a couple weeks of engineer time.
Yes, I am assuming everything they've said is true - and assuming much about ASIC design. But for now, lets just wait and see what they come up with.

I am sure you understand that many of us has been scam by the ASIC fiasco and really need more information. Even Butterfly has not deliver any product to us but giving countless Excuses and Excuses. So far only Avalon has deliver and transparent. Asicminer does their own mining and we don't really know much about them, but that is ok because we are not buying anything from them or they are selling anything. We appreciate your sharing so we can have a long and meaningful relationship... at the meantime hope you could gives us some updates.. yea just a little ..

You guys vett people like pros here. I don't have any skeletons in the closet but I'm sure you'd find some. When I need to find out information on someone, I'm coming here. I'm a believer right now until proven guilty. PrimeASIC I was not a believer right from the start. Just from them not accepting money is a spin. What I really want to know is they said they have miner hardware. Do they mine out of a pool? Solo? Can we see stats/proof on their current mining infrastructure? That should be quite easy.

Sam Cole, Originally from UK Western-Super-Mare Looks like you possibly moved to Sweden in 2003 from the land registry info No insolvency registered in the UK under his name samcole@hotmail.co.ukThis is the email address his facebook account is registered with so that is good. Hotmail.co.uk emails are not available anymore since a few years so it wasn't set up in the last 5 mins which is also a good sign. https://www.facebook.com/samcole80?fref=tshttps://www.facebook.com/KncminerSam likes BFL though - This is the only back mark to his name so far

Avalon has delivered, but is far from transparent. Look at all the threads asking for information (most unanswered).

Our "Sam Cole" is obviously not from UK, just check his english. I am working through another route to check some details to try and validate who Sam Cole is. Have to pull on some contacts. I still think http://www.advantshop.com http://www.advantshop.net/saas is an odd choice. If I was setting up a potentially multi million dollar operation and was convinced that I could pull it off and knowing how little trust we all have in ASIC producers, I would not be making my site look like a scam with holding domains and address's and contact details chinese restaurants and taxi cabs. If so little goes into the initial easy part if building websites, what will the final product be like? I would certainly initially invest some time and money in the site and would not get a very cheap shopping cart from a Russian provider on a rental basis of $20 a month. We all start somewhere but really if you were 100% it would actually be quite hard to make your site appear so dodgy.

Not quite accurate. From the posts in this thread it seems both Sam and Andreas are posting from the same account (if according to the board rules or not is a different story), which could explain the spelling errors.

I am leaning towards benefit-of-the-doubt at this moment in time. Don't think we have found enough to discount them and my digging so far suggests they are who they say they are.
