Did kncminer or ORSoC disclose that they will be using eASIC? The above just states that eASIC is an ORSoC partner, not that it will be used in this particular project. BTW Despite the name, in my book eASIC or more an FPGA/CPLD than an ASIC since the mask set is fixed.

Thanks PG for this depth. I wonder what all those other 11 employees are doing... Contrary to what Sherlock Holmes (aka mobodick ) believes, they are probably not all bakers. In addition the number of ASIC pro's available in Sweden could probably be counted on two hands. So, at least to me, it is clear as day that these guys doesn't have the experience in ASIC design at the moment, and are desperately seeking help. (Perhaps Mobodick should apply for a baker job there. Second, the fact that this mysterious (Sam Cole) is "answering" the emails, kind of suggests that he might be the rotten apple here. What's he hiding and who's he hiding from? Certainly the Kennemar's are not going to rip anyone off, since we know just about everything about them, worth knowing.

You are not going to find that for $2.5K as you are suggesting in other threads. Make your own research and prepare to add a zero to your budget for something BELOW 100GHs

In Swedish, svensk can mean both the adjective "Swedish" and the noun "Swede" while tiger can mean either the noun for the animal or the present tense of the verb tiga ("to keep silent"), giving the poster the double meaning "a Swedish tiger" or "a Swede keeps silent". The phrase is comparable in use to "loose lips sink ships" in the USA. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/En_svensk_tiger

With that budget you can order 50GHs from BFL that will arrive to you in June... 2014. Nowadays nobody is going to sell you ASICs for $3-4K. Maybe in a couple of months, maybe in September... But not now. Guaranteed. For that budget look for FPGAs, forget about ASIC. Cheapest ASIC at the moment is 10GHs ASICMINER blade, which are been auctioned for aprox. 70 BTC ($7.000) each. There is a post on the auction forum, bid to get it if you're really so interested in buying.

7K is not bad.....I am just not trying to do double digits. Especially since now people are talking about Rigs that can pull 1TH in the near future.

Well, you said you wanted 100-200GHs for $2.5k, maximum you will get is 10GHs for $7k. You can bid here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178275.msg1874563#msg1874563

Bakery with 11 employees posts advertisement asking for a baker. You would assume that lab member 12 is the first baker that they hire?
If it's a BTC bakery, then yes. 11 PresidentCxOIdeamen and 1 baker. Sounds like the usual to me.
