I've been getting the same errors on one rig for some reason.  It crashes totally at random.  I have even reset Afterburner to stock settings and still get the error?

What are you clock, memory and TDP settings in watts?

Are you getting driver crashes in your system event log?

Have you tried reseating all of your riser cables and power connectors?

What power supply are you using?

You said in your first post that you have 7 GTX 1070s? The miner is only using 6 by looking at that log.  Do you actually have 7?

Hi rednoW,

where are you getting the different BIOSes from?

are nvidia bioses still locked/encrypted from editing, unlike radeons?

Legacy signature from 2011:
All rates with Phoenix 1.50 / PhatK

Hi guys,

I just started mining zcash with my GTX 1080 (Asus Strix), but I only get around 260 Sol/s. Is it because I mine on win10? Are there preferred drivers?

Thanks for the reply! Are you on win10? Which drivers?

EDIT: Ok, I changed drivers and I get around 550 Sol too now.

very mediocre result.
palit sjs 1070 can do 490sols@130w stable

How?!? How did you get such results? Please, show your frequencies!
PL 75% (I have 170watt old bios), core +149, mem +950 (samsung mem)

Unfortunately, the LARGE majority of 10xx series cards can't come CLOSE to handling that kind of OC on the RAM, much less reliably.

I'm using driver 378.13 on Ubuntu 16.04 server and headless with a 1080 Ti. It only uses as much memory as my 1080's so nearly half of the memory is unused. I suspect things could be massively improved on the card. I'm getting 650 sol/s on the card currently with stock settings.

GDDR 5x has higher lag than GDDR 5, which is a small handicap for the 1080 and 1080ti vs the 1070 and 1060.
It hurts a LOT more on coins like ETH where memory access is the primary limit on hashrate though.

There are bioses from vendor. For palit gtx1070 you can check here https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?manufacturer=Palit&model=GTX+1070
Or from official palit site

You made quite a good work.
I think the API could have some attention...
And... devfee is ok.

Question,
1. can I mine at the same time to two different addresses?
2. when I put the parameter --help the window of the miner crashes immediately...
Is there a way to fix or maybe check the HELP information on another source?

I should run the batch files, right?

Just do -h that shows the help,  you are correct that --help seems to crash

Digibyte (Groestl)

Qubit is supported by the Baikal ASIC as I recall, so likely not a good choice.
I do note you are being sensible and ignoring Scrypt and SHA256 options. 8-)

Best option is to try your card on each and see what kind of hashrate it does then compare to the network hashrate and pick the highest ratio of yours/net.

Can you tell me, how to run the miner in PowerShell? I'm not very familiar with it. Does it have some kind advantages like running scripts or something compared to cmd?
