I have more than 8 cards (rx480) running on the latest drivers, GGS only shows 8, in the log it shows the full number of cards, will more cards be supported in the future?

will temp monitoring etc for the 17.12.1 drivers be added?

Thankyou Zawawa

I will fix this problem as soon as I get back to the States later this week.

Thankyou

I would find the ability to turn off cards separately useful, which would make it easier to determine which card is which when using 3rd party overclocking tools, which order the cards differently. or maybe a device id, ADL id etc display?

Hello,

I'm new to Gateless gate - is there any way to mine VIVO (neoscrypt) on gtx 1070? how config file should look like?
Yes, with GGS you can mine any neoscrypt coin. Gatelessgate not supported. You can use GatelessGate Sharp. No config file - all settings in program.

thx for the answer i have problems with settings i would like to mine VIVO on https://www.altminer.net on settings in gatelesgate i have to provide:

Host
Login
Port
Password

my settings on ccminer look like:

ccminer-x64.exe -a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://eu1.altminer.net:10001 -u <WALLET ADRESS> -p c=VIVO

I have tried to config gatelesgate

Host: stratum+tcp://eu1.altminer.net
Login: <WALLET ADRESS>
Port: 10001
Password: <NONE>

but that doesn't work

Anyone have an idea on how it should look like?

This should work:

Host: eu1.altminer.net
Login: <WALLET ADRESS>
Port: 10001
Password: c=VIVO

You can just check off cards on the dashboard, no?

Dear Mr. zawawa , I am getting this error , and I think because of that all overclock/speed/mhz area is disabled by me ..Any idea ?.
I dont have afterburner installed..Just latest(est) AMD driver 17.11.4 with compute..Fresh installed win10x64..

I would implement it in a heartbeat if you leave the DEVFEE on.  Wink

Hello,Thank you. Off course  devfee is on. I didnt touched.(even I dont know how to disable it lol Smiley ..I was mining cyrptonight and it has showed devfee and mined ethash for u over 1-2 minute..No problem, Mr. clay is reach enough Smiley..
But just because  of the settings(following problem), I am not using it,  this is my problem :

https://pasteboard.co/GYFQ96i.jpg

Drivers are AMD 17.11.4  (23.20.793.1024) compute on..WIN10 creators update(if it makes any difference?)..NO afterburner no saphire overclock tool installed..

2017-12-18 15:23:57.3143 [13] Exception in miner thread: OpenCL error code detected: InvalidWorkGroupSize.   bei Cloo.ComputeException.ThrowOnError(ComputeErrorCode errorCode)
   bei Cloo.ComputeCommandQueue.Execute(ComputeKernel kernel, Int64[] globalWorkOffset, Int64[] globalWorkSize, Int64[] localWorkSize, ICollection`1 events)
   bei GatelessGateSharp.OpenCLNeoScryptMiner.MinerThread()

I found only nsgminer on the neoscrypt and today also this Gateless Gate Sharp v1.1.5 alpha. I immediately went out to try it and I have to say he has better performance than nsgminer.
I wanted to use a different pool as default, so in the Gateway Gate Sharp Custom Pool settings just fill the algo, pool, port, login and password.
With auto GPU settings for the RX 480 8gb is 750 Kh/s. I will use.

I can only turn off the cards when it has not been started, or they are greyed out. The disable card option like in GG would be good.
Cheers

Claymore updated his Cryptonote miner to 11.0 version. Now it gives the same speed as GGS on my RX 580 8Gb cards. On 270X card his miner gives 525-530 h/s ! GGS only 510-513 h/s after deleting kernel binary for Pitcairn and 2nd+ start of GGS. After 1st start and any start with existing binary file, GGS gives on 270X only 490-495 h/s.
I didn't try Claymore's miner long time. Maybe 11.0 same as 10.2 gives many rejected shares on Pitcairns, maybe not.

I am returning to the States today, and major update should follow.

GGS is most definitely not optimized for GCN1 cards like 270X yet.
I will look into this very soon.

Equihash will be good if you make it for AMD cards , currently only claymore provide good speed for equihash on AMD cards.

I'm getting 97.7 I/s 183.6 S/s with optiminer on 2GB R7 370s clocked at 1150/1500.

Please, add the current pool difficulty info in dashboard. Or in log at least...

I just found out CL_DEVICE_TOPOLOGY_AMD does not work with the latest AMD drivers.
This explains why GGS cannot detect GPU's properly with these drivers. Grrrrr...

Edit: I just checked Claymore's Dual Miner and he doesn't even attempt to fix this problem like he used to. lol
I guess I could issue a warning and be done with it...

Yes. You're right. Claymore dosn't fix it in his Claymore Cryptonight miner 11.0 even, wich he is released latest... He wrote that it's AMD issue and he wrote to AMD devs to fix it...
