Novacoin's API seems to be down causing problem with my exchanging so I've disabled it until I get a response from their support.

This will affect all coins that are only listed on nova and not the other exchanges I support (bittrex, polo, yobit, ccex, live, bleu & cryptopia) their values will drop to 0.

Should really only affect the hmq1725 algo as all the coins on that algo are only on nova so I'd recommend to stop mining that algo untill it's re-enabled as you won't earn credits.

The other coins are on algos that have coins on other exchanges so mining will simply go to those coins.

Cheers

no solution/reply yet from Nova and their API still reports error:

nova: getbalances failed (500)
500 Internal Server Error
500 Internal Server Error
nginx

So looks like I'll just have to start dropping their coins from the pool. This mean algos hmq1725 and jha will be dropped and about 15 other coins or so.

As the main page of the pool mentions "It's recommended to use BTC as any other coin could be removed at anytime and payouts will not occur." this is exactly the type of situation miners would avoid you were mining using a BTC address.

Payouts in the dropped coins won't be entertained.

Hi Nemo,

Is it possible to manually set a fixed difficulty on a specific algo?

I tried to add a d=.064 into the algo below but it didn't seem to have an effect...the algo still starts at .008

"x17" = " -i 21 d=.064 -d $SelGPUCC" #X17

is there a way to do this?
For zpool, I do it in the Miners directory, and edit each of the miner files:

e.g. in ccminerAlexis78.ps1:
    "c11" = ",d=0.072 -i 21 -d $SelGPUCC" #C11
    "x17" = ",d=0.048 -i 21 -d $SelGPUCC" #X17

Be sure to have that comma before the d, as it needs to be part of the password string (no spaces).  If you look at the command string displayed when running, mine shows as:

... -u 1MrVAk93HHrFaYQ1EUpb3Fe5kzuw3ygZo -p worker1,c=BTC,d=0.072 -i 21 -d 0

Something is really all broken, now and the statistics (Stats-HashRate) has ceased to work correctly, corny empty values + error in logs:
Quote
Cannot call a method for an expression with a NULL value
Stratum connection failed: Failed to connect to  port 80: Connection refused
Started a few hours ago, before that everything was ok.

Hello Nemo. I'm now trying out your zpool miner (v2.2) and I am having an issue. Essentially, the setup process is smooth. Everything downloads with no errors or anything. I edited the 'startzpool.bat' to what I will post below, and it starts up and goes through the benchmarking fine but after the benchmarking it says:  Status Failed.

Also, check out the EWBF Equihash benchmark. I'm pretty sure ...... well what's up with that 466 number? Lol.

My bat file:
powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "&.\NemosMiner-v2.2.ps1 -SelGPUEWBF '0 1 2 3 4 5' -SelGPUCC '0,1,2,3,4,5' -Currency USD -Passwordcurrency BTC -interval 120 -Wallet 38mAZJC36XtwPn1w7mBLTWzZC3DpBkfJ3e -Location US -PoolName zpool -Type nvidia -Algorithm hsr,phi,keccak,xevan,veltor,lyra2z,skunk,jha,tribus,c11,x11evo,lbry,skein,equihash,groestl,timetravel,sib,bitcore,hmq1725,x17,blakecoin,Nist5,MyriadGroestl,Lyra2RE2,neoscrypt,blake2s -Donate 5

And a screenshot. Please help. Lol. Thanks.
https://imgur.com/a/FgCfa

checked your screen shot... my guess is you haven't read Instructions Properly...

Increase Virtual Memory 64gb is optimal...  -  (Sib needs it) Sib is one of the only Algo's that Actually uses all of that 64gb Sib will not run if you do not increase it....

EWBF is perfect...   its say's 466 BTC/GH/DAY...  so if you have 1 ghs of equihash you would be getting 466 btc per day... very simple

Regards
Nemo

Nemo, may I ask if my bat file looks good to you? Yes sir, I understand the directions say to increase VM to 64gb, however that is not an option for me as my SSD hard drive is only 60 GB in size. Since you didn't know that, and I wasn't aware Sib needs it - as you explained, is it possible that I could just remove sib from the algo list? Please note, I have increased the VM on both my rigs as large as I possibly could. When I used custom settings for my VM size, I set it to 6000 MB minimum, and 29000 MB Maximum. I have been using those settings from day 1 and have mined various coins, one at a time, and also used Nicehash miner and now I'm experimenting with your miner.

I was unaware Sib needs that all that space. So if my bat file looks good to you, then I suppose I will have to go without mining Sib coin. What other algo's do you expect me to run into trouble with? Thank you for the information.

yeh just remove Sib and retry...

eg:

-Algorithm hsr,phi,keccak,xevan,veltor,lyra2z,skunk,jha,tribus,c11,x11evo,lbry,skein,equihash,groestl,timetravel,bitcore,hmq1725,x17,blakecoin,Nist5,MyriadGroestl,Lyra2RE2,neoscrypt,blake2s

I am using 64 GB VIrtual Memory and also I havnt gotten that error again, but my rig is freezing and am unable to access it by teamviewer and have to restart the rig. Do you have MSI after burner installed or teamviewer? maybe those are causing conflicting issues? Not sure why it would work for you but not for me with the same GPUS.

i run OC software similar to afterburner....

teamviewer is not recommended could be causing conflicting issues...  (i used to run it on my rigs.. i also ran in 2 problems) now i just have a long hdmi cable/32"tv that i share for all of them if i need to check on them...

try without teamviewer

I just got a old card back from warranty and popped it into my mining rig, and everything broke.

Turns out Nvidia lists devices in a different order than the default in CUDA. they appear to be listed by port at the driver level and by another method depending on where you look. Probably by speed.  Look how "CUDA" and "OpenGL" have different default orders. even though when you run the query in CUDA actually gives you the OpenGL order.

Screenshots https://imgur.com/gallery/25dWT

This can screw you up if you are mining on a 2ndary card, your OpenGL based apps will just die, or only run at like 1 FPS.

You can fix it by choosing your primary card in the  Nvidia control panel OpenGL.

But as this pertains to nemosminer? You can reorder the cards in your bat file, so your mining logs and stuff are less confusing.

I figured out the order by mining on one card at a time and watching the temp in afterburner.
0)1080TI
1)Titan X
2)1080TI
3)1080TI

Note how my stupid Titan card was listed as device 1, even though its in 0 slot, and is GPU 0.

and add to the start of the bat file.

set CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=1,0,2,3
powershell -version 5.0 -noexit -executionpolicy bypass -windowstyle maximized -command "&.\NemosMiner-v2.2.ps1 -SelGPUEWBF '1 2 3' -SelGPUCC '1,2,3'

Anyways, maybe this will save someone 2 hours of their life going WTF?

Now I can just run 2 copies of Nemosminer one for each type of card.

On several windows machines;  my cards are numbered by the order of driver install;  not of slot installed in.

So if you install a 960 by itself;  then add a 980;  980 will be #1, and 960 #0.  If you install all cards (different versions) at once;  and install driver (assuming they can all use the same driver);  they should be numbered based on the slot order the bios initialized them in.

Hi,
I just started using this miner yesterday and had a general question about the pool I am connected to: ahashpool.
On my computer screen I am showing a hashrate of Skunk of 1.78GH/s, but on the ahashpool website it is only displaying 156 MH/s as shown here: https://imgur.com/a/FH9AP

Does anyone know why the website is showing a lesser hashrate, or is this miner showing an incorrect total hashrate of 1.78 GH/s?

regards

Edit:
I just realized this is a BUG in the miner, my total hashrate is actually only 212.29 MH/s but the nemosMiner-v2.2 is showing a hashrate of 1.78GH/s.  Can this be fixed?

Hello Nemo,
thank you for your reply.
I have an 8 GPU system of 1070's, can you review the following picture of the miner and Skunk miner window on my PC:

https://imgur.com/a/rOIdY

According to the top picture the total hashrate is 1.77 GH/s while the bottom picture shows a total hashrate of all of my 8 cards at 212.35 MH/s.
I really hope the top picture and you are correct, but lets get real. do you really think I possibly can be making $216.00 a day?

Yes sir. I looked at the pool ahashpool and compared all the algos that were missing from your program and added all the missing ones manually to your batch file.
Then I had to remove the ones that would cause my system to crash.
Its all good, even though it is showing a large number it is still quite profitable Smiley

let me know if you want me to do any tests for you ( since I got 8 GPU's in 1 rig )
