At least ignoring people makes the page catch-up quicker.... But does no one else think some things are beyond the pale?
I just despair of a worldwide forum supposedly devoted to freedom for all being so intolerant and ignorant sometimes. I guess it's me that's the oddball looking at the shit that passes by here as 'normal' as far from it. I have punched people for less, and yep, had the shit kicked out of me for objecting, too.
However, I don't think advocating racism and even genocide on here is anything but abhorrent and I never will, so I can't change my spots.
I cannot tolerate it when my forbears fought and were prepared to (and sometimes did) die to fight this, so I think I had better stop lurking here.
I temp. unignored a few of these racists to find out what had pushed you over the edge. None of them say anything useful about bitcoin or the price or the world. Unlike you, who occasionally... They must have been very hurt somewhere along the line to be so rabidly, rigidly raging. I don't argue with them, because they certainly won't change in the face of logic. Horrified newbies will always engage them, so their cries will leak into one's feed. Maybe we should engage those newbies with stirring little speeches rather than running away. This is appreciated. I can't remember a day in years I haven't checked in on the WO - it's part of my life, I engage with it less often than I read it. But I wanted to yesterday, then my blood just suddenly ran cold when I felt I was just part of a thread peppered with stuff that made me question what kind of people I was nodding along with. Some things were waved though without being seen as anything but normal - and I seemed the only person to find them sickening. Maybe I should look away more often and wear an old-fashioned clothes peg on my nose, or perhaps better still - yes; fight for the positive, rather than run from the the negative. I will reconsider and not flounce out. That said, I am damned if I won't speak my mind if I feel compelled to. Thank you. the amount of racist shit in here is unbearable. I find it sad that this shit doesn't get challenged. people from all over the world read this thread. the bitcoin protocol doesn't care whether you are male, female, catholic, tall, stupid, smart, whatever - the bitcoin community is as international as it could get. but to let those anachronistic assholes with their inhuman, crude, brutal, hateful nazi/übermensch ideology having a stage here for their poisoned sermon- unchallenged - is a no go. those fuckers need to stopped wherever possible. of course they are on ignore, but the quotes.... So challenge it. Present your arguments. No, moral outrage is not an argument. But do feel free to try again.

I do indeed work in standards as my day gig. However, ones of a very different nature. Without the standards I work on, none of this shit would even start working. I thought you were too crypto rich to have a day job. The picnic bear works because he "like it..". hahahahahhaha He works for the enemy, the USG. In his spare time he volunteers for their asset, Ver, and the corresponding chicom asset, Wu. Your assertion that I work for USG is simultaneously laughable on its face, and truly deserving of ridicule. It is quite apparent you are speaking of things of which you have zero knowledge, despite the fact that the open record in this very venue provides all required to see how truly laughable the assertion be. What asset is the USG's? You mean the Federal Reserve Note? No. No volunteering on its behalf. Oh you mean Ver is the USG's asset? First, I find the assertion that Ver be a USG asset ludicrous. You do realize he has at times been denied entry visa, right? Do you assert that as part of his 'plausible cover backstory'? Second, while our visions of the best means to free humanity from fiat slavery seem largely aligned, I certainly do not 'volunteer for Ver'. And I suppose you mean that Wu is a chicom asset? I really have little direct evidence to say yea or nay here. Never met the man. Nonetheless, I might point out that Bitcoin Segwit is dominated by Wu in any sense that Bitcoin Cash is dominated by Wu. Further, I certainly do not 'volunteer for Wu'. You should probably keep your vomitous crapulation to yourself. You are only serving to make yourself appear stupid. Actually, Jbreher. I had thought that Last of the V8 had no fucking basis at all for his shot in the dark last grasp at a USG govt assertion, so I totally shrugged off his claim. However, now that you so vehemently defended various angles for why you are in "no way" affiliated with USG in any kind of way whatsoever, I am becoming more convinced that there has to be some kind of a USG connection there, somehow... someway. New tentative theory has gotta be that picnic food eating bear is not really in the food stealing business, but instead part of dee gubmint. and we better alert Torque to this new tentative theory, because surely he would be skillful at getting at the bottom of it... A problem with Torque, though, is that he prefers to come up with his own theories ..

Downward spike.
Bring it fuckers. I wasn’t quite done buying.
I'm not done buying either - but I think that we already had enough down. I would rather go back up. Regarding shaking out the weak hands and maybe shaking some of these shitty ass Alts/ICOs and scams, further downward could be helpful in that direction, but such a scam shaking scenario would likely need a year or more to play out.. so personally, I would prefer to kick such can down the road until after our next Bitcoin and tag along crypto pump.

Hehehehe!!!... its so f^*king nice here when ya'll are sleeping, there is no f*^king 50 page spam that I need to go trough and read!!! Yay!!! Keep going bitcoing!!! Go! Go! Go!.. Choo! Choo! CCMF!!! Seems like a fairly nice and steady upwards, perhaps getting us back above $10k.. but that would be too optimistic, it seems. A more likely scenario seems that we may have a kind of battle or mini-battle in the $9500+ territory to find out whether we are going back above $10k or not.. Maybe the first one or two attempts to get above $10k will be unsuccessful, but I do have a sense shtat we are returning above $10k soon.. maybe in less than 6 weeks - yet we also still have to see how much drama bcash is going to be able to muster up through anarcapulco pumpening simultaneous with a spam attack and whether any of that could have any legs that could interfere with some BTC momentum... the ETH flippening FUD seems to have died down, for the moment, too, but there can be some of that going on in the near future, and I would not doubt some ICO/ERC 20 issues.. that could cut both ways in terms of possible interference with BTC price momentum - to the possible upside. When exchanges based on blockchain will appear like mushrooms. Everything will be trading madness. Any sh!tcoin or semi-hated fork like BCH will get traded like there will be no tomorrow! But thx for the summary... I did read a few pages here and there. But it felt like there are too many people trying to influence the price. It felt like trolls & haters had a gathering and needed to gloat.

...Stephen Paddock or any of the other alt right nut jobs.
Stephen Paddock wasn't an alt right nut job. He was most likely a Spook. Working FBI undercover in an arms deal that went south. The shooting was likely a cover for the FBI to pull their team out and cover their tracks. Stephen took the fall and the blame. Plenty of precedent for this btw.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFHLNpARrq8The official MSM /LVMPD /FBI story still doesn't add up. And not just like one or two things. Like literally over a dozen things that still to this day don't add up.

It doesn’t add up because members of the alt right don’t want to face the ugly truth. Just like you will tell me that Sandy Hook and Anders Breivik were false flag operations.
The fact is there are a lot of seriously disturbed people in the world. They tend to be attracted to organizations that promote racist and violent “solutions”, whether that is the Anti-Fa, the PLO, Al-Quaeda, the Jewish Defence League, the IRA or Stormfront.

the Vanuatu story was not accurate - there was a clarification somewhere
You can still buy citizenship there, but with fiat not bitcoins. The original story was you could pay with bitcoins. The clarification was you have to use fiat.

Wow, wtf happened on the WO? There's some real ignorance coming out here. GTFO polluting the thread and our world with racism. If you're not in support of all races, it's YOU that is divided. Next topic, bitcoin please.
Nobody is fucking equal, comrade. People are different. Yes, we are all different. Don't make the mistake of thinking one way is better than another. Some of us live our lives abroad in various countries learning more about culture, humanity, and how we are connected. You come across to me as someone who's been sheltered in America and fed MSM garbage when you spew your BS. No offence, check yourself.

I can't comment on those other events because to be honest, I haven't really dug into them. I concede that they may be completely legit. But Las Vegas? IMO no way dude... I literally watched that whole event unfold in the MSM in near real time and the holes and bullshit in their story didn't make sense from minute zero. To this very day it still makes no sense. And to be clear, I'm not saying that no one got shot. It can't possibly be lost on you that the MSM lie? That they often times gaslight the public into believing falsehoods? The fact is there are a lot of seriously disturbed people in the world. They tend to be attracted to organizations that promote racist and violent “solutions”, whether that is the Anti-Fa, the PLO, Al-Quaeda, the Jewish Defence League, the IRA or Stormfront.
+1, I agree with this.

Back on topic, this bounce has looked a little weak from its inception. I would have expected increasing buying volume but haven't seen that.
Doesn't necessarily mean we're going lower than $5900 though. Maybe just sideways for a while.
