It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Its all good imo. A break below this (~$6300) though is not desirable.

I bought all of my bitcoin’s in 2014-2015. Haven’t bought any since then but had £40,000 inheritance in an Aunties will recently. Wondering if I should start buying again if this goes significantly under $6,000.

BFD January 2019 crash.

This is not financial advice.  I have no idea what I am doing.

We have a Bart forming boys? Looks like if it forms we would jump back to $6900 area.

Probably
What bothers me is that SHORTS amount is again almost on ATH
It means that those whales who took them, didn't close them and the price could be dropped even deeper (~6200)
On another hand,  so many people now in shorts and marketmakers can suddenly close their shorts and push the price up.

I was expecting the upBart yesterday, about $300 ago. There was no such move. I was expecting some more sliding, and there it was, faster than I thought. I doubt we'll see much UP action until Monday.

Disclaimer: as usual with SOMA, I might (and will) be wrong, but my play money is where my tongue is. And my play money (game started with the mammoth sightings circa March 2018) is quite happy.

Should I start swing-trading?

How many times did we now exceed 7k for 1-2 days just to fall back to 6-6,5k ?

My next hopes are set out for the Halving in 2020 ...

Yes, you should be trading. The more pessimistic the better. Hodling has been a suckers game all year. Look to it.

I advise everyone to go long on bcash with 100x leverage!

Hm, too late. I missed the (local) top already. But thanks for the advice.

I thought we're not supposed to talk about alts in this thread? Cheesy

You need an activity over 1700, then your defence points will be high enough to deflect infofront's Bitcoin laser. You will incur some damage however, so give yourself time to heal.

I suppose infofront's activity is high enough to deflect his own laser, too. He just calibrates beam power below his own defence points, so he can shoot at will in any direction wihout any fear of stray reflections hitting him back. Mirrors are a bitch.

It’s not going to be approved this year or in the near future. Happy to be proved wrong but thought I’d just stop you getting your hopes up.

Edit - Time to accumulate & BTFD whilst we are under $10,000. Does anybody here seriously think we won’t see $100,000 per coin in the medium to long term future?

Don’t end up being a debt slave forever & like the bitches below. Take control of your own finances. BUY BITCOIN !!!!!

back in bussines BULL SEASON returned .  Roll Eyes

This just all reminds me of when I spent thousands & thousands buying bitcoin’s when they were about $500-$600 only for the price to sink all the way down to $150 & stay there for ages. I was really down about it tbh & thought I’d totally wasted a shit tonne of money but we all know what happened then.

Moral of the story - FUCKING HODL & we’ll see another epic bull run in the next 2 years.

I still don’t like seeing the price dump but it doesn’t worry me anywhee near as much as it used to.

Pretty confident we’ll all be ridiculously rich 2021 onwards.
