Sad to see another legendary account sold/stolen and turned into a shitcoin shill. Angry

Nope.

I ignored him years and years and years ago for the exact same reason many are in the mood to do so now.

Don't worry too much about it uncle D, serveria.com enjoys jumping into hasty conclusions. Roll Eyes

Disagree. Energy and performance.... It's almost all in nutrition. Get used to eat low carb.
20% carbs, no sugars, no sweeteners, no softdrinks, avoid wheat meal.
30-50% fat, it delivers slow, sustained energy
50-30% proteins. Preferably milk, cheese, eggs, meat.

The more fibers (more vegetables, less fruit), the less obstipation. Once you start to lose weight and gain energy, start exercising and probably add muscle supplements in small doses. Watch your joints, do less running, more exercise without weights, only body weight (planking, push-ups 15-30mins over a day). This is just for compensating posture problems when you sit around most of the day. Walking and moving around (playing with the kids) should be enough to keep you fit. The body works best when delivered the right "fuel".

Just my three cents.

EDIT: I'm keeping myself to this "diet" 95% of the time. I eat 2-3 times a day and i don't feel hungry for 6+ hours after eating. I remember times at McDonalds and the likes, where i was hungry 2-3 hours after feeling fully saturated.

Thanks for your advice, I have no overweight problems (high 1.82m / 75kg.)
As of everything but little amount, the gym bores me, the only sport I practice is skiing, the rest of the year I will walk 2 or 3 times a week and it keeps me well.

Sounds good. I don't see much to change activity-wise. Metabolism gets slower over time, while ageing.
I'm 40+ with slight underweight, more the type of guy that can't really gain weight by food (some call me lucky in that regard).
However, i felt more energy to move/exercise and also more stamina southwards  Wink after reducing carbs and banning sugars, while body definition and overall posture improved (less bloating).
Gym IS boring, i need 3x3 minutes a day for my planking routine (each 1 min. elbow + either side) plus a set of 10 push-ups per minute, five to six repetitions. But this is mainly for maintaining core stability, as i'm still skateboarding once a week.

I have a gut you could set out a ten course meal on and have enough space left over to lay out your Scalextric track for a seductive post dessert race. I can't say I'm massively bothered but it does feel like a giant dick dangling off my midriff. Maybe it's time to starve in the wilderness for a bit.

Go all in on BSV if you want to lose lots of weight by starvation (by being broke). You can thank CW for your new beach body.

I hope i got that all right, i'm not a native speaker...  Grin
Starving is a boomerang, you gain weight much quicker after resuming to eat. It's an alarming condition for the body.
It's a two sided sword. Everything your body can't use short-term gets stored or flushed. How fast this is happening mainly depends on your gut bacteria.
In an experiment, gut bacteria was interchanged in obese and slim rats, which made the slim rats gain, and the obese lose weight.
Still much to elaborate for science about digestion and metabolism.

At least it's the one and only, real diet, CSW will surely prove that it works.
All other diets are scams!

Godbye 4digits  Cry
Frankly, I feel sorry to all this guys waiting for sub 9K. Last seconds to join the train. Grin

JSRAW?   Can you confirm this assertion?    If JSRAW does not confirm, I cannot put much higher odds than 50% that we will never see 4 digits again.

Of course, the lower you go, the less probable... So yeah there have been quite a few people looking for below $9k, and jesus, we were already at $9,049 which would have been about a 35% correction from our $13,880 local top.  Why the fuck expect more than that?

Hi JJG, as far I remember you were always about 50% odds.  Grin

More than that? No, you know answer to this question - greed and/or fear.
This two factors are evident for any professional trader I assume you are.
The Point is to find ...ZEN - internal Zen, and play around it.

And a bit of Voodoo - I predicted this 3 times within last 30 days - doesn't mean it won't go under 10K within next few weeks for some while.
But trend is fucking obvious. And we survive holiday season Smiley

Yeah, I much prefer incremental steps. I’m not in the mood for unsustainable pumps because we all know what happens after them.

I love unsustainable pumps. Make $ on the way up, corn on the way down. Yummy.

nobody can do it on sustainable basis as it does not tell you where it will go.
sooner or later, you would lose.

For some value of 'lose' that has nothing to do with my personal situation.

Can you elaborate, jbreher?

Yeah. My elaboration is I don't believe that there is any way in which this strategy would cause me to "lose" - counter to biodom's claim.

Every up/down, I make a profit. I can choose whether to take that profit in USD or BTC. Sometimes I flip from one to the other, depending upon cash flow needs.

It is true that this causes me to sell at a price that I expect to be (wildly) exceeded in the future. Accordingly, if corn price goes up monotonically, I will eventually have no corn, and nothing but a gigantic pile o' stinky fiat. Is that 'losing'? Not exactly. Kinda.

However, that pile of stinky fiat is rather stratospheric, given the ratios of play_money:stake I am laddering.

And every up/down gives me a more corn (if I don't take the profit in USD). Accordingly, depending upon the amount of volatility in relation to upward trend, I may never run out on the high side. Losing? Hardly.

So in reality, I was merely trying to soften a retort of 'bullshit' to biodom's blanket 'lose' statement.

Bitcoin is unrivaled: Security, Liquidity, SoV. If you just tune it to make it coffee-ready, the system collapses.

I don't see anything wrong with that because there isn't a known safe solution, if there was one, BTC devs would have implemented it already.
