The Buffalo Police Union boss says that the 75 year old was injured because he “tripped and fell”.
In fact he did, right after he was simply pushed away. It was clearly an accident, not intentional (the fall nor the injury), even though he should have had more sense than to confront in any way an anti-riot unit that has orders to clear the place. With a curfew already in effect. This only serves as a distraction to the clear and probably intentional MURDER of George Floyd... which probably is the reason why some politicians are giving it more importance than they really should.

We will rerun the scene. You back away slowly and I will shove you hard in the middle of the chest. We will do it five times. I will give you a dollar for every time you do not hit your head on the concrete. We will disregard the fact that you are not 75 years old and on chemo, and that it isn’t a surprise to you. This happened during a protest against police brutality. This is police brutality. It is directly on point.

You are focusing on his age (which might not be obvious in that precise situation, but that's irrelevant) and disregarding the fact that the shouldn't be there in first place much less approaching forward an anti-riot unit that is clearing the place. You can argue that maybe curfews shouldn't ever be issued or that anti-riot teams should not exist. Ok, but they do, and they were following orders. Or do you really think the fall/injury was intentional? This is orders of magnitude away from the George Floyd murder circumstances. Yet some people (and politicians) are trying to put both in the same balance.

I was talking about the differences in brutality, gratuituous violence, and, above all, intentionality. Even if both were alive, or dead. Not even talking about if one is black or white, younger or older, healthy or ill. Just the difference in the cops actions. For me, at least, they are miles apart... as much as to call one an accidental injury vs a (probably) intentional murder.

ell the entire emergency response team has resigned so if that was the end goal of the rioters, top job! Congrats with virtue signalling Cuomo, you got what you wanted right. Good luck replacing these men and women.
Given that "team" was only formed in 2016 it sounds like it really does need to be retooled. Maybe train police to be police and not "special paramilitary units". And Buffalo? What the fuck are they worried about up there? Well, there is Canada https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVC677-YmfMIn 1812 Madison was mad he was the President, you know
but he thought he tell the British where they ought to go
He thought he'd invade Canada He thought that he was tough
Instead he went to Washington..... and burned down all his stuff
And the White-House burned burned burned and we're the ones that did it
It burned burned burned while the president ran and cried
It burned burned burned and things were very historical and the Americans ran and cried like a bunch of little babies wa wa waaaa
in the war of 1812...

Of course the US police are shielded from such culpability, but that shield is part of the problem. There is no doubt that the police in the US have a very difficult job but injuring and killing civilians for no good reason makes their job harder, not easier.

Maybe it would happen. Alternatively, Fed will go full MMT, which would be good for btc &gold, I assume. Thinking of buying a bit of physical-never did before. Worth it?
I dunno. People look at the gold/silver dollar ratio, and figure it's gotta revert to the mean at some point. That would be very bullish for silver. An alternate thesis is that silver is losing its status as a monetary asset. If so, it'll keep dropping in price until it reaches its industrial-use-only price level. I've got some silver. I'm not looking to buy more ATM. Though if I didn't have a stash of junk silver (e.g., pre-1964 US quarters, dimes, etc.). I'd be looking for a standard bag of that for use as TEOTWAWKI currency.

Here is a homeless man in a wheelchair. He was not participating in the demonstration. He was just there. However the LAPD have decided to shoot him in the face with a rubber bullet at close range. This is not a nice thing to do. This is not what normal police officers do. As one police chief explains: According to the Trace, the Minneapolis Police Department’s use-of-force policy strongly advises against pointing 40 mm launchers — which are used to deploy rubber bullets, beanbag rounds, and sponge rounds — above a person’s lower extremities. The policy also acknowledges that the projectiles can cause “grievous” injuries, and in some cases, death. Rubber bullets should be used only to control “an extremely dangerous crowd,” Brian Higgins, a former police chief, told Kaiser Health News. Bonus picture. A 15 girl is sitting on the ground blinded by pepper spray. So a cop casually walks up to her and kicks her in the face. https://twitter.com/jeffshafer/status/1268684973604814857?s=21Some of you may consider the cop to be a hero for kicking a seated girl in the face. I don’t.

I have some silver too, but I'm now in the camp that it's been in the process of debasing for the last 5,000 years or so. As far as I'm concerned now, it's gold or nothing, in terms of physical metals.

Here is another video of the man who was pushed over backwards by the police and cracked his head. It turns out that he had picked up a dropped police helmet and went to hand it back to them.... that’s when they pushed him over https://i.imgur.com/yb5Lejz.mp4

List of the demands:
- Liberty - Justice - Equality
... it's pretty simple, George Washington's America was the beacon of hope and great historical experiment in liberal democracy, not empire. Washington D.C. is where the problems are coming from, march on Washington for George for change and rescue the republic.
