34 brothers, the dude is getting drunk older :-)
Congratulations, When you are about my age I'll be somewhere around my 90s. (That means I'll most likely be dead). Enjoy youth, oops, forgot who I''m talking to, you already do. x - 34 = 90 - x 2x = 124 X = 62 Is 62 yo ... I told you I suck at math, it's actually 59, that's why I wrote "around my 90s" I'm to lazy to do an exact calculation of numbers that complicated.

the noon wall report Bitcoin is showing marked resiliency as legacy markets correct moderately from yesterdays sharp gains. Tomorrows Jobs report is likely to show continued retraction in the US and global economic outlook. Record unemployment numbers are also forecast as the Covid19 pandemic shutdown continues to show effects in all sectors of the economy. Rioting in the USA over the senseless death of George Floyd has diminished and has been replaced with mostly peaceful protesting over racial inequality. An often heard cry in this great nation that unfortunately gets unheard and unredressed by society. What does this have to do with bitcoin you ask? Everything I say. I believe bitcoin was conceived and created in the fires of such a financial crisis. It rose and clawed its way into existence exactly in such a time as now, with unchecked government spending(read bailouts) and the added fuel of central banks imposing negative interest rates upon an already burdened populace. Bitcoin has been showing maturity for the first time in its young life..its divergence from legacy markets..its quality and its viability as an alternate to fiat. Through these days bitcoin has had its shocks..as we all have. Despite that it has continued to perform as it was designed and I dare say exceed expectations both from a technical and a subjective view. Yes, it still continues to be a shallow pool where even moderate sized whales can easily agitate the surface and cause waves that widen the eyes. For the record I neither approve nor disapprove of such actions. That is the beauty of bitcoin..they are yours to do as you wish..when ever and however you want. I love that about bitcoin. Volatility remains high and will likely remain so for years as the market seeks depth. I think we will see a 5x to 10x increase in market cap over the next 4 years..with further potential of 30x or more in the following decades. Its hard to imagine after 10 years we are still only seeing the end of the beginning. pole vaulting can be pleasant to watch..who knew? 4h accumulating and buying of the dips..yes...this is good D 10 years in and the monthly shadows and clouds begin to have resolution M

Gold machine go Brrr.. Interesting, Bulgaria. Isn't that the government that confiscated and 'lost' 213K BTC. Maybe they're just diversifying. I remember that Bulgaria had proclaimed to have been HODLing more than 200k BTC from the proceeds of various crimes.. or something like that, but I do not recall ever hearing about any proclamation or news that they no longer HODL such BTC, and surely they could choose to diversify (like you said), but diversification does not seem to make a whole lot of sense, except admittedly, most traditional financial advisors would likely believe that they understand gold better than bitcoin, and likely would be more comfortable in HODLing value in gold than in BTC... even though many of us BTC advocates have difficulties considering gold as being anywhere close to bitcoin in terms of actual upside potential (surely, the view of a BTC advocate is in competition with the concept of the perceived "store of value" narrative that would be difficult to shake from the heads of a lot of traditional investors). Bulgaria, my country for good or worse. The only thing which I am proud as bulgarian is that we saved our jews during the WW2 despite being allies with the germans. A country with 1340 years of history, always fighting with the giants for the right to exist. Currently, the poorest country in EU (I mean 10 times smaller salaries for the same prices of goods), with the worst corruption in all floors of the goverment, with high negative growth and with the highest mortality rate in the world! Luckily, the 3rd country in Europe with the lowest number of covid-19 positive people from 1 million. We have several gold mines, but our country has extremely little profit from them. The reason - corrupted politicians who steal everything. Even if we were floating in oil or sitting above gold, the people would be still starving. For example, the former communists desguised as socialists drove the coutnry to a hyper-inflation in 1996, when the monthly salaries were equal to one bread. Yes, several years ago an international criminal group was arrested with the aid of Interpol. Rumors say that the goverment already sold their 200K bitcoins https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@j1v/200000-bitcoins-sold-recently-by-bulgarian-goverment. I am not sure about that, because seizure of computers does not mean they found the keys. The official report was that criminals operated with bitcoins and nothing more. I don't trust yellow papers and sites. The truth is that our police, government and judicary are extremely old fashioned. They can't even seize the money of phoney bankers and hazard bosses like Tsvetan Vassilev and Bojkov, who stole from the government several billions of euros. I watched every interview and I noticed that the word keys was never used. The explanations were that from the seized computers were made transactions of bitcoins. They were stupid enough to admit that nobody can get access to these bitcoins. Since I really doubt that the criminals wrote the keys on the desktop, my guess is that the bitcoins are really not in the possesion of the goverment. May be some day when the criminals are out of jail they will try to move them. But with Interpol and FBI monitoring their addresses, I think this will be nearly impossible task.

Well the results are in and studies show that hydroxchloroquine does *not* prevent Covid19... https://www.washingtonpost.com/health/2020/06/03/hydroxychloroquine-clinical-trial-results/So it has no proactive benefit and can increase your chance of death if you take it when sick. Typical snake oil, please update your axioms. I wonder if the company who made it will give refunds, including the tens of millions of units sent down to Brazil a week or two ago. Researchers Retract Botched Anti- Hydroxychloroquine Study Which Was Used To Attack Trump https://www.zerohedge.com/health/researchers-retract-botched-anti-hcq-study-which-caused-who-halt-trials?fbclid=IwAR3Cl5FudBlARIWRbdP2kTq2ftnVNbeNtjM7EzS6dk78Ow1QCK4C3VsS8LAFortunately the authors of the study offered you an apology. "We all entered this collaboration to contribute in good faith and at a time of great need during the Covid-19 pandemic," said the authors. "We deeply apologize to you, the editors, and the journal readership for any embarrassment or inconvenience that this may have caused." What is so damned sad about all of this is the amount of people truly rooting against HCQ as a cure. Like they seriously hope it doesn't save one damned life. It's time for a bit of introspection if you don't want HCQ to cure sick people just to score political points. I'd never take it. I was given a year's supply when I went to Afghanistan, twice, and I never took it. I am not a drug user so if I catch COVID I would rather fight it without doing drugs. But if it's going to save people that have destroyed their bodies throughout their lives, then that is some great damned news. That is something I would hope to be true. We will see in 2 weeks if the hotspots for all of these protests see a huge surge in COVID patients. That is the real thing to watch.

Thanks for posting this. I just saw the retraction, and was planning to update. But that's how science works, when fuckups are detected they acknowledge the error and move on. Well, it will take about 8 weeks to show up in the death count. Looks like it takes 2 weeks to get sick (while infecting others) then 2 weeks before you get a test, then you die in a month or so. Right now we're seeing infections shoot way up in the South so it looks like the gun toting loonies from last month are starting to show up. They should be dying about the time these protesters (some wearing masks, some not) start a hacking. #1 reason why I did not go to any protests: Right now protesting is pretty stupid unless you're going for a full blast revolution, which isn't needed at this point.

And they are all made in China... Let's face it, almost all of the electronics (and many other items) we currently own are made there, and some are even designed there. BTW, the HUAWEI P30 Pro is easily the best phone out of the four. It is by far the best phone I've ever owned. Previously using Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and 4, both of them developing at least one serious issue within one year of ownership + the usual Samsung bloatware.

[...] I am not sure about that, because seizure of computers does not mean they found the keys.
You are overthinking this. Just sell (a copy of) the computers as-is and let someone else do the hard work. (but that would not affect BTC price much)

Raoul Pal thinks that after all stimulus checks are spent and CARES programs are done, we would have an insolvency crisis. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdfH3F4ZDhcI see a glimpse of this in JCPenny, AMC, etc. Maybe it would happen. Alternatively, Fed will go full MMT, which would be good for btc &gold, I assume. Thinking of buying a bit of physical-never did before. Worth it?
