Not your keys and all that.

LOL defists, what a bunch of lying fucktards. Allegedly "decentralized" and automated and solving all the bad things of banking. Except they fall even quicker than Wall Street in 2008.

So that's the bright side of this crash I guess. Bankrupt the gullible greedy morons.

Somebody must know something we dont know. I would bet this is a small group of whales selling thousands of coins at this low price. I set a huge buy order at 20's even though I dont believe we go down that much. But then again it feels like there is no end to this dump. It's always the same routine first they attack the resistance with massive sell offs. Then they let it recover a bit and slowly grind back down to that level. Until the next massive attack on the next resistance.

Definitely someone's got the psychology of the Bitcoin (and maybe whole crypto) marked down pat. I wonder if AIs are at play.

They are not big enough.

At least I don't think so.

Yes, I was thinking that something was not exactly "right" with them.

[re Celsius]

Is this the Mt. Gox of 2022?

They are not big enough.

At least I don't think so.

Unless I am mistaken (not checking figures now), the LFG BTC dump last month was one order of magnitude less BTC than the total Mt. Gox loss—and around 40% of the size of the mysterious chunk of coins that the Mt. Gox trustee has been preparing to dump Any Day Now(TM) for years.  If Celsius is at all comparable in magnitude to LUNA... and if they somehow got into a situation where they need to suspend withdrawals, just like Gox...  (Damn straight about “not your keys”.)

* death_wish misses the days when 30k BTC could be dumped without moving the market for more than a few minutes.

P.S., to be clear, I am asking and not opining.  I don’t know Celsius.  It’s not the kind of service that ever interested me.  I just saw that it was being compared to the LFG dump, and the market crashed to its lowest level since the LFG dump.

Oh, my.
"Another one....another one... bites the dust."

EDIT: is it just me, or is the market trying to completely expunge ALL appreciation that accrued during COVID (in stocks, bonds and now bitcoin as well)?

Another pos coin as it is once again un mineable.

If they would simple ban pos worldwide and just have  pow the entire industry would benefit.

That is their shitcoin that you could get interest payouts in rather than the coin you lent to them.

What is happening with all the BTC and shitcoins people had on their platforming earning interest and how many of those coins were there. That's what I would like to know. If they sold 95m worth of BTC, who's BTC was it? theirs or their clients? Since the interest rates for BTC were always crap I figured that most of the client funds would of been in stable coins.

Lots of questions around these guys.

$1.7k rest to my estimate,
I feel like I'm back in 2020 where covid has indirectly hit its impact to me.

Lets get 70% off. When people who are about to give up convince themselves:
Bitcoin is money. Everything else is credit.

sadly, no can do since they would lose the volume that supports all those exchanges, VCs, hedgies, fundies, etc.

Seems that way. In which case you could argue that inflation (if solely caused by stimulus) should be disappearing with each successive down move. But it's not, at least not yet anyway.

EDIT: no block for an hour, there might be a bit of selling when it goes through.
