There are no laws anywhere when it comes to crypto trading as far as I know.

For the record, there is no Bitcoin Cash CEO.  That doesn't even make sense.  How can a blockchain have a CEO? That letter was satire. The people with "inside information" are the miners and the whales battling it out right now.  I have no idea how this mess will play out, which is why I hold both BTC and BCH.

I am leaning towards BCH though.

There are no laws anywhere when it comes to crypto trading as far as I know.

Then you simply don't know the usual wording of laws against insider trading.
I can't know for all countries, obviously, but at least in the European Union insider trading applies to basically anything being traded.
I.e., it doesn't matter whether crypto currencies are "in the law" or not, trading them on insider information is illegal.

You are constantly spreading FUD that whales are going to decide this, implying your friends have an advantage. It's quite the opposite, people who have both BTC and BCH vote with their money. Whoever keeps both lets others decide, which they do by dumping the coin they don't want for the coin they do want. If you have not sold your BCH, you are by definition supporting BCH. Anyone holding this shitcoin is a hypocrite if they then complain about it or any of it's negative effects on bitcoin.

Everyone should do their part to kill this thing by selling it. Not everyone will though because humans are ultimately greedy and self-serving. Very few are willing to sell today if they think there is a reasonable chance they can sell for more tomorrow, even though this behavior is the only thing giving BCH any value at all at the expense of BTC. The longer this thing survives, the more damage it does.

Being a holder of bitcoin helped bitcoin grow and survive. Holding BCH does the same for BCH.

Wait and see is not simply wait and see in this situation. Wait and see makes you a BCH supporter.
