This was not unexpected...relax. There is nothing to worry about if you are a hodler. This is just a corrective wave(whales splashing the pool) and taking of profits. Short term it can be interpreted as bearish but I believe it will not last long. #btfd

I agree, but most of us were expecting a faster, harder correction once the price started circling 12k.

Ok. Who’s messing with my Bitcoin stash? It’s worth lots more than this.... c’mon stop messing me about and go over 25k now. Stop messing with these budget prices.

For me this also was kind of the last straw. I don't think we will crack 12k in the next years.

Maybe before/around the next halving.

We tried several times now and it failed every time before the 12k mark. People now know it doesn't reach 12k and so many are selling before => also "helping" 12k cannot be reached.

I will hold my Bitcoins but I am not expecting anything in 2018/2019.

The fuel tanks are being filled. The engines are started and warming up.

These big engines make the ground shake. Don't mistake this for an explosion.

BBC Radio 4 investigation being broadcast now, into Mt Gox / BTCE and the 'biggest Bitcoin theft ever'.

Fun if you can get it where you are (not sure if it's easy outside the UK).  But some interesting interviews including Karpeles.

So we are sitting on an 11% swing and people are jumping off bridges?  Ok you guys are going to really lose your shit if we have a 20% swing.  Which is supposed to be a normal daily occurrence in Bitcoin

That confirms my suspicion that we have not shaken all the weak hands yet. $20K can't happen before properly doing it so better now than later.

Nice to get a bit more volatility in the markets - sure it'll be back up again soon =)

Karpeles under Japanese Bankruptcy law could make millions, even after settlement...

what a cluster that would be "I'm back!"
