Respect.

(Merited)
Gracias.

giving Bill the Bard a mention

More OT: I was obsessed with Shakespeare for years until I discovered Tolstoy. I don't think Shakespeare understood the poor.

Shakespeare understood the great human eternal drives, love, jealousy, the trials of power.....

Tolstoy could weave a tale in plain speaking which saw a whole country in time of war from the lone soldier in the fog of war right up to the aristocracy playing for estates and bonded serfs with cards.

A lot of the great Russians are worth a read, Turganev, Pushkin, (some) Dostoevsky, Chekhov, Solzhenitsyn....

But hey - I suspect we are in a very small minority here...

Best get back on topic.... I do hope the doom is lifting a little in Rosewater's world with the current upturn.  Do say hello to BMB for me?

Jeez, in Russian?  Jealous.  When I was a younger man, I wanted to learn it to read Tolstoy without the filter of translation.

Needless to say, I never got around to it.

I feel like such a boor right now.

*xhomerx10 searches frantically in his general area for a literary classic to read.

  Berlitz Essential French - nope
Learn Romanian with Nico - nope
The Atomic Chef- good read but nope!
Europe on a Shoestring - dammit!  I still can't afford a trip to Europe
The Rules of Parenting - I kinda skimmed that one (possibly to the detriment of my children)
Eat Bacon, Don't Jog - soon to be a classic I'm sure

 Certified boor.

Bloomberg predicts crypto prices 2019 onward.

-Stupid source.

-Cardano is here to replace Ethereum... completely. Wait and see how that happens within just 2 years.

-Even if Cardano somehow fails to do that, then there's no way that Ethereum will remain that low. There'll ALWAYS be one good smart-contract platform available with a very high value.

Rankings IMO (by marketcap):

No 1. Bitcoin
No 2. Ethereum/Cardano (smart-contract) (ONLY ONE OF THESE WILL EVENTUALLY BE AT THIS RANK)
No 3. Monero/ZCash (privacy) (ONLY ONE OF THESE WILL EVENTUALLY BE AT THIS RANK)
No 4. Shitcoin
No 5. Shitcoin
.
.

.
No 10000. Shitcoin

One word, Tari.

Yeah. Didn't think anybody watched it after I posted it cause you know
everybody have already seen it with the meme "Annnnnnd its gonnnnne!" with the friend he got into shorting bitcoin.
Seen that meme posted here in this very thread sometime last year.

It did a good impersonation of a bitmex broker. Cheesy

well, there's hairy's 7200 target

I'm down with his analysis, but I don't see why we might not bump the upper line ~75-76 first.

Staged picture: He is way too far from the meat to use a loupe. I should know, with it in your eye the focus distance is a few inches away. :-)

(Though I do use loupes at a distance: With the board on the pre-heater I can hold the loupe near the board and look through it from a few feet away to see the SMD component I am working on. Keeps my hair from singing, and allows me to sit up straight while doing rework.)
