Very well may be. My technical reasons (apart from overall feelings of potential eth inferiority based on many characteristics): 1. eth Jan 2018 peak of 1400 is the the time equivalent of 2013 btc peak. the consequent decline should be at least to $188. 2. btc had several bubbles and declines. This is the first for eth, so, potentially, this is rather an equivalent of btc bubble to bottom move of $32 to $2 (2011). In such case, bottom would be at around $88. Conclusion: it is entirely possible that eth would bottom at $88-188.

For those of you looking for a different outlook on today's price movements, Yahoo just posted this article: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/crypto-market-crash-prompts-suicide-concerns-135248250.htmlI think the key part that the Yahoo article did not include or mention is the differentiation between investors who FOMO-ed and got in above their heads and invested money they could not afford to lose, and those who invested in cryptocurrency while remained fully cognisant of the risks.

The article is a capitulation flag, suggesting a bottoming of the market. Obviously one article isn’t enough but it’s a start.

The stock crash of '09 burned a bunch of millenials on every investing in the stock market, and the crypto-crash of '18 will, I'm sure burn a bunch more people on every investing in crypto.

Who wouldn't? With their bounteous bosoms you can bounce quarters off and johnsons you can hang a ship's anchor on. That'll teach them not to fuck with their seniors. We may keep our prostates in a glass by the bed, but that doesn't mean we don't have other means of reminding them of where they stand.
