What worries me is the inescapability of such flaws. As long as development continues and the complexity of a system grows, it's just a matter of time until the next subtle change causes unforeseen and undesirable consequences. Development can't cease in Bitcoin yet, so the question is how to mitigate those consequences when they arise. Rollbacks of the chain damage the immutability of Bitcoin and potentially leave legitimate users at a loss. BTW have you guys ever seen this? https://tucsky.github.io/SignificantTrades/#It shows large buys and sells live from many exchanges.. It might give you an edge to see a dump coming before it reaches the exchange you are on, or a pump.. Nice tool, cheers! "The Real Bitcoin" It's developed my Mircea Popescu and his group. It's a fork of pre-segwit Bitcoin Core. It does not recognize segwit transactions.
One question: where do I sell this crap?

I guess I finally capitulated. I selected 6500-7000 in the poll. I've always chosen bullish before this and been wrong so so so many times. Does that mean the price is finally going to rise?

We already had a small bear trap but I am going to go ahead and say that we will without doubt go back to 6k before we go up to 8k. Watch out, there should be a moderate sized dump just before the end of the month. Trust me on this. Or don't. Im not your mom. Or dad. Or sister. Maybe Grandmother....Who had a sex change. And looks 28.

Unless thats what they want you to think so you go for the opposite in which case you realize it was double reverse psychology with a triple negative. So you hedge in case it was right but it will be obviously wrong. All these mental gymnastics and you make a 1% higher ROE. Certified by me.

That was another bear smashed. The dump was so quick and gone that my trailing stop did not even trigger Lucky me But it seems like a sign that the market is rudderless but restless. Can’t afford not to be in it I think. Quite contrary to my personal sentiment, a rocket could be in the works.

This latest dump almost looks like a fat fingers error made in the margins market on Bitfinex. The amount of shorts on Bitfinex also spiked during the same minute and then it went down sharply in the next minute. I suppose the whale could have set a very tight stop loss. One could also blame it on spoofy, I suppose.

In my totally unqualified view, we've already bottomed out. Sentiment has been on the rise for months.

^^ Even didn’t noticed a DUMP , Thats the fine thing of Going out with coiners ..... Just No BTC talks and No price watching Kinda strange .... haha I don't have a single RL bitcoin friend. There are only coinless peasants around me and its hell trying to talk to them about crypto without them telling you why its not going to work or how its a ponzi scheme. So for me its either being friendless or homocide. But the second option is extremely tempting...

I confess that while I have no RL BTC mates either, I have mixed feelings about ever going to a random meet up. It's a pain being surrounded by no-coiners, but the contrarian in me fears that a meet up might be about as grimly enjoyable as a school reunion. I do like the WO Support Group™ though - it would be awful going through all this without some fellow travelers to share the ups and downs with. Frankly, that is probably why the WO is essential. When it's boring I am not alone. At rocket and moon times it's been a joy raising a glass to virtual friends. When things have been down it's often been a pick-me-up... there have been embattled times when a Sparta meme has helped me sleep more soundly, I can't deny that. It's why I wanted to fight for it when Theymos felt obliged to put it on ice. On balance I am probably likely to remain 'virtual-only', but I will try and stay open-minded. I like to party and I'd be tempted to look up a few of the undoubtedly likeable souls here if i was passing through their neck of the woods. However, strolling to a roll-up of people who were BTC-heads who just happened to be near to me? I doubt it.

I guess I finally capitulated. I selected 6500-7000 in the poll. I've always chosen bullish before this and been wrong so so so many times. Does that mean the price is finally going to rise?
If it makes you feel any better, I selected "$7,000-$7,500".
This has been an awful Bitcorn season.
Not sure what the harvest is gonna be like in December.
