In last 2-3 days I converted 2 noncoiners into bitcoiner. One is my art director and the second person is my hopefully future father in law (he's cop and it's kinda risky move lol) Baptisted them with couple of BTC 😎 Ps: my gf warned me in advance that make sure this thing is solid otherwise we both are fucked and get ready to run together lol. The last part is funny LOL By the way, don't let people to pick something because you are recommending. Let them to make their own choice. You just act as a knowledge provider. It's good to see more people are adopting into Bitcoin. Bro last part is scary too. Yeah I understand that we should not recommend other people to invest financially. I made that mistake one more time when i advised my few friends to investing in icos. No Brainer here that we got burned. I did covered their losses with my pocket anyway. This time I am pretty sure that it's good shot. But my gf warning is surely fucked up and funny at the same time because last night she said " Hon is there any chance that you can ran away alone if shit happens" 😂😂

Amiga had the blitter chip for graphics. I have an IBM System 36 in the basement.
EDIT: and some of the fancy 5250 terminals. On Twinaxial hardware communication. Hack that, and I'll eat my hat.
Decades ago, I made a backup device that talked 5250. To IBM System 36, 38 and AS/400. Had the lion's share of the market outside of IBM 18-track tape. Which is to say , many more installations than IBM's, much less total revenue. Was quite clever, running a backup device as if it was screens of terminal data. Of course, my work was in the HW at that time, not the SW.

This was my first computer, a Kaypro. My dad bought it for his publishing business to do payroll, but it was outdated by 1986. Cost $4k: You could fold it up like a suitcase, so it was "portable"... It used the nice big floppies, which were required for startup. You could switch disks once the computer had finished booting. There were a few interesting text role playing games, and one "action" game made entirely out of ascii characters, called "Ladder." I used it all the way up until about 8th grade. My grandfather helped create one of the earliest versions of BASIC and taught me the elementaries of programming, on an Apple II, I believe it was. By the time Macintosh came around I knew how to use ResEdit to mod games (before it was even a term), to mess with my Dad while he was playing Armor Alley.

Buy Bitcoin I do agree with this image, I like the conveyed message, but I find a little bit misleading and intellectually unfair. What would you get if you had put your 20$ in 1y T bills (assuming those as risk free investments) rolling and compounding interests?

A good portable that one, shit all over the Osborne.

Let's put this in perspective. According to the 2015 fractal, we are supposed to be having a massive, soul destroying dip right now. Instead we are having a very slight wobble. I don't know how to interpret this in any other way, other than this is solidly bullish. BTCeautiful. Perhaps its time to change history, say to hell with the cycles, and proceed to the moon. 118 days into the new BTCaby BTCull Market and all is well. A baby Bull, a slaughtered lamb, MOON, date of the start of the baby Bull market ..... all on one HAT?

The first computer we had in my house I think nobody will be interested in my first computers.... and it will not be shocking that it was the nintendo NES and SEGA console from that time, all the game boys, playstation series, xbox's .... and I think real computer use was only from my 18th year for msn or how did it was called, little bit of internet watching, but really using a computer and laptop... I'm ashamed but its maybe not longer as 5-6-7 years or something. How the F*** did I got in BTC Does computers you guys posting, never saw those things in my life but here

Must suck to be Roger. Always picks the wrong side. Gox wasn't fine, Craig neither. Bcash isn't too. I am waiting for his turn to be destroyed just like happened to Craig.

Really? I had no idea. My father was given it by his work. I knew it was special but not that special.
